the child is 9 months and is placed in a foster home where she has been since she was 3 days old. This placement has continued to meet the needs of this child. The placement continues to engage the child in age-appropriate activities. They have recently been engaging in baby gymnastics which will help her continue to develop appropriately. The foster placement is wanting to continue engaging her in baby gymnastics. 240 would give her 2 months of memberships and allow her to participate in 3classes a week, open gym and interact with other babies as well.

A 16-year-old client is currently on probation and recently reentered the community after successfully completing residential treatment. His mother has been actively engaged with the Reentry Team through the Probation Officer and this Care Coordinator. Mother recently reported that she lost her employment due to many appointments for youth. She had talked to her employer about her situation and, initially, they had agreed to work with her but a few days later, June 23rd, she was dismissed. Mother stated that she is seeking fulltime employment as well as taking care of the home, and, in the meantime, she is delivering food with DoorDash. Mother reported that she is up to date with rent and gas, but she needs assistance paying for water and phone service which are due on July 15th. These essential services will help her maintain stability for her family while she continues seeking fulltime employment and will reduce the risk of her losing her housing as per Housing rules – utilities cannot be disconnected. Also living in the home are 9-year-old son and 23-year-old son who is diagnosed with a cognitive disability and requires supervision. It is important for this mother to maintain a stable housing situation as well as maintaining phone service to communicate with potential employers and community resources helping her find employment and other services. This stability is a critical to support the youth's successful completion of probation. Any help is much appreciated.”

The child is currently in a kinship placement. She has been kicked out of 3 daycares and has been going to work with her caregiver. We will be going to trial next week, and caregivers will need to be in attendance to testify. This camp would relieve the caregiver at trying to find somewhere for her to go while we are at trial. The kiddo needs all day activities to keep her busy and regualted.

A three-and-a-half-year-old boy is unable to stay in his home due to lack of air conditioning, hoarding, substance use and domestic violence. He does not speak. His grandmother has agreed to care for him in a safe environment, get him enrolled in preschool, have him evaluated for his speech and work on potty training. She has a safe home. However, the child did not come to her with suitable clothing and belongings. She needs financial help for his initial needs for clothing and shoes for preschool and play.

The child is a 14 year old male and the is in TMC care with fictive kin.

This child needs school supplies, school clothes, and a gift card for books.

This child has experienced a lot of trauma in the form of verbal, emotional, and physical, abuse. The court is asking for the child to be provided a bike, clothes, school supplies, and a amazon book gift card.

The child loves to read because it helps to calm his mind and help him to relax.

Local family has recently had to pay their quarterly propane bill, and need some support with food, due to this recent expense. The family consists of two grandparents who have recently taken custody of their young grandchildren, and have an adult son living with them.

Youth is 15 years old and residing at home with his single mother, older sister and younger brother (age 12). He is abiding by his conditions and plans to enroll in school in the upcoming year. He was recently involved in an accident where he was admitted to a hospital and had to participate in physical therapy once released. He is able to walk now and is on the right path towards recovery. His mother and sister both clean houses when there's work to make ends meet. His Care Coordinator is working with family to connect them to community resources that can assist with rent, utilities, and food. Care Coordinator will be requesting a clothing voucher to obtain clothing for Him for the upcoming school year. However, family has notified us that his younger brother is also in need of clothing. He wears size L shirts, 32x32 pants, and shoe size 9. Helping this family would ensure they feel supported by the community and can focus on meeting the family's other basic needs.

This incredible young woman has shown remarkable strength and determination. After experiencing homelessness, she bravely advocated for herself and made the courageous decision to return to care. Since then, she has consistently demonstrated maturity, secured employment, and is actively making plans to complete her education.

She works long hours on her feet and is committed to building a stable, bright future. However, the standard twin bed provided in her placement does not meet her needs. She is respectfully requesting a larger bed so she can get the quality rest she deserves and continue showing up fully for the life she’s building.

Family of 5 consisting of children ages 1,2,& 3 along with two parents have been homeless and have moved from to hotel to hotel from Tarrant to Dallas County and now to Travis County. The father lost his job and was the only parent working. The parents are stressed due to lack of income. The family is need of three car seats to ensure that while they are using public transportation the children are able to have proper seats for security. The family is also needing 3T pull ups and wipes to help them with ensuring the needs of the children are being met. The family has very limited support and those that have already helped the family are no longer willing to continue to support them. The family and CPS have worked together to locate shelters however have been unsuccessful with locating a shelter where there is no long wait list. The goal of the family is for the parents to find stability and be able to locate childcare and find work to ensure they are able to meet the needs of the children. The family is in need of hotel cost to ensure that the family can continue staying in the hotel until shelter is available.

The mother and child are needing help with clothes, shoes, and food. Fulfilling the request will help the child with necessary items that are important to his physical and emotional well-being.

The male child size is 14-16 in shirts and shorts. 11.5 size in men shoes, The mother size is large or x large in shirts shorts and pants. 10size in woman shoes.

Mom and teen have secured housing for the first time ever several months ago! Teen is a trafficking survivor and mom is living for the first time in recovery. They are striving to be connected to a local church community and are excited for this to be a turning point in their lives. Unfortunately Mom is struggling with complications from a chronic illness and is unable to maintain employment at this time. Any help with rental assistance so that they can maintain their home is SO helpful!!

Youth recently entered CPS care from Travis County and are placed in an emergency shelter in El Paso, TX. It is a sibling group ages 1, 2 and 4. Mother is based in Travis county with no transportation or means to visit youth in El Paso. All youth are non-verbal and significantly developmentally delayed. It is very difficult, based on age and developmental level the depth of trauma caused by separation from mother. We are working to bring the youth closer to Travis county however in the interim we are seeking assistance to facilitate weekly, or bi-weekly, visits for mom with her 3 children using greyhound bus service.
