We are currently working with a family that consists of two adults, and three children(7, 5, and 6 months old). This family is currently struggling with putting food on the table due to multiple factors including lack of transportation and lack of income. They have been mainly reliant on local food pantries. They are in need of food and formula, Similac Sensitive formula with iron, while they work on getting their TA case set up.

The purpose of this request is to assist a mother to reunify with her 13 year old son. Mom recently obtained a two bedroom apartment and is in need of furniture. She is in need of the following items:

Full size bed (for the child) Dresser Kitchen supplies (Pots, pans etc.) Bathroom supplies (shower curtain, bathmat Ect)

This 17-year-old boy has recently reunited with his mother and siblings and returned to his mother’s care. The family has not been able to secure adequate bedding for the 17 year old who is currently sleeping on a broken mattress on the floor with a blanket. We are requesting a twin-sized mattress, bed frame, bed linens, and a pillow to help this child’s adjustment go a little smoother.

Mother has two out of her five children home with her on trial discharge. She is living in transitional housing and needs to organize the clothing as the home is cluttered. Mother can use three plastic totes for the girls clothing and three plastic totes/storage containers for the boys clothing, If the totes were clear, it would help her out with the organization.
Mom can also use a few dozen plastic hangers and two over door shoe organization items. also, five plastic shoe box type items in order for the children to store their grooming and hygiene items. Thankyou for any items you can help with.

I am working with a mother and father in Newburgh with 5 children. Three children are in need of sleeping arrangements and furniture. There is a 15 y/o male who is need of a full-size bed frame and dresser, a 7 y/o male in need of a twin-size bed frame, box spring and dresser, and a 6 y/o female in need of a dresser.

Currently we have a single mother who is caring for her infant daughter who is 2 months old. The mother is unemployed at the moment. The mother is in need of a crib, crib mattress, crib mattress protector, crib sheets and a dresser for her baby girl.

The child is a 14-year-old foster child diagnosed with autism and developmental delays. He requires full-time glasses but frequently breaks his regular pairs. Therefore, he needs Nano Vista glasses, which are designed to be safe and flexible for children with autism. Unfortunately, Medicaid only covers part of the expense for these glasses. I am requesting assistance of $160 to help cover the remaining cost, which will enable him to see the board in school and improve his focus.

A single mother and her son have just taken a big step forward, moving from a homeless shelter into their very own home. One of their biggest needs right now is a kitchen table and chairs to share meals together.

Your support could truly make a meaningful difference in the daily life of this mother and her children.

To whom it may concern, I’m reaching out on behalf of a young mother who has faced hardship with strength and determination. Not long ago, she and her two-year-old daughter were without a place to call home—struggling each day just to get by. Despite the overwhelming challenges of homelessness, she never gave up. While working full-time and faithfully attending counseling sessions to better her life, this mother saved every dollar she could. Through sheer perseverance, she recently secured an apartment—a safe, stable home for her and her little girl, not a shelter. But now, they’re starting from scratch. The apartment is a roof over their heads, but it’s still empty. They are in need of essential furniture: a dresser, a kitchen table, a small table for her daughter, and a television with a stand. These may seem like simple items to some, but to this mother, they represent the comfort and normalcy she’s fought so hard to give her child. She’s come so far—but she can’t do this part alone. Any help you can provide would mean the world to this small family trying to rebuild their lives with dignity and hope. Thank you for your time and compassion.

This is a single parent household. The single father is currently residing with 3 children, ages 19 (boy), and 7 (twins - boy and a girl) in the home. There is another 16 your boy will be returning to the home from a foster care placement. It is the goal to keep the family reunited. All children in the home have some special needs. The family has limited financial resources and the current furniture in the home is very old.
The father asked for assistance with at least one twin or queen bed for the 16 old son and bunk beds for the twins who stills sleeping in small toddler beds. The father also asked for a dresser for his 16-year-old son.

Grandmother who has physical custody of her two grandchildren and the children are in need of full size bed frames for each one of them and each child needs a 9 drawer storage dresser (one white and one black). The links are attached above. The children are in need of mattresses, mattress protector and a set of full size sheets. The family would greatly appreciate getting these to help provide bedding and storage for the children.
