Maternal aunt is a kinship resource for her two nieces and one nephew. She also has three of her own children in the home. In order to save space, the family is asking for two triple trundles with the middle mattress being a full size. One would be for the boys and one for the girls. There is no need for bedding as this was a care portal request already filled. The family would greatly appreciate this request. We are currently working with a family that consists of two adults, and three children(7, 5, and 6 months old). This family continuies to struggle with putting food on the table due to multiple factors including lack of transportation and lack of income. They are in need of food for the weekend and formula for the 6 month old(Similac Sensitive formula with iron). The mother is trying to work on getting her TA case set up so she has assistance with food and formula moving forward.

Mother of 7 children living independently. Orange and Rockland was shut off. Mother must pay $2,500 for electric to be turned back on.

Mother and three small children are in need of one twin trundle bed (a twin bed with another twin bed stored underneath). They also need one twin mattress, one zipable waterproof mattress pad, three bed pillows, and three sets of twin bed sheets. The children are ages 6, 4 and 3. The six-year-old has special needs. He currently has a bunk bed that is unsafe and damaged. The child has a history of becoming injured while climbing up and down the bunk bed. He recently had surgery for club feet and is unsteady. The two younger are not able to safely use the bunk bed. The bedroom is very small and there is no room for three existing beds, so we are asking for a trundle bed. Mother does not have finances to fulfill this need on her own. Mother is also dealing health issues and is currently not able to work. *Please note in needs section I was not able to request "trundle bed twin". Thank you

We are currently working with a single mother who is in need of a bunk bed for her two younger children, ages 7 & 9.

7 children in foster care being returned home to single mother with very limited means. Provisions are needed for her and the children.

Bio mother has seven children in foster care which are in the process of being trial discharged to her care. Mother currently residing in temporary housing with three of the seven children already trial discharged to her and plans to send the remainder of children home within the next three months. Parent has very limited means and requires assistance with obtaining necessary provisions for the children. Please note that the diapers listed under needs are sizes 4 and 6.

The family moved to another apartment due to their previous apartment being condemned. Mom left the beds at the previous apartment. Mom has been buying air beds for the children since mom cant afford beds. The air beds keep popping. Mom is requesting 3 twin beds with a bed frame and 1 queen bed with a bed frame.

This 17-year-old boy has recently reunited with his mother and siblings and returned to his mother’s care. The family has not been able to secure adequate bedding for the 17 year old who is currently sleeping on a broken mattress on the floor with a blanket. We are requesting a twin-sized mattress, bed frame, bed linens, and a pillow to help this child’s adjustment go a little smoother.

Currently we have a single mother who is caring for her infant daughter who is 2 months old. The mother is unemployed at the moment. The mother is in need of a crib, crib mattress, crib mattress protector, crib sheets and a dresser for her baby girl.
