This foster family has 2 foster children in their care along with other children in the home. The donation of a dresser would help them store clothing for their growing foster children. A new or used dress in good condition would be appreciated and so helpful. They are in need of a 6 drawer dresser that is tip proof since it will be for a young child and 2 more young children also reside in the home. Your consideration in assisting this family with resources is always appreciated.

A family of seven is in need of assistance to get their utilities turned back on. Father has struggled to get a job after the family relocated to Claremore from Tulsa. Mother had a job until losing it due to car issues. Children are 13, 11, 9, 2, and 6 months. Parents are doing their best to start over in a new town but are struggling. Assisting the family will ensure the children have a safe home with utilities and cool air in the summer heat.

The department is working with a single mother without transportation. Reliable transportation is essential for this single mother and her child to attend all scheduled visits and critical appointments related to their safety and for support services. Providing bus passes would greatly assist this natural mother in meeting the necessary requirements to work toward case closure. Any support in helping her access public transportation would be deeply appreciated. In addition, this single mother could use some assistance with diapers, wipes and formula for her growing baby boy who is almost 1 year old. This sweet child does have extremely sensitive skin, so the department would like to request Pampers Swaddlers Sensitive size 5 diapers, sensitive (fragrance free) wipes and Good Start Gentle Pro Dr. Brown's formula. Any assistance offered would be greatly appreciated at this time. I'm certain this mother will pay it forward when she is in a better spot.

There is a natural mother in trial reunification with her two minor children. One of her children is in need of an MRI. While the child was in foster care there was a $140 bill that wasn't paid for and it has to be paid prior to the child getting his MRI. By assisting this mother with help with this medical bill it will allow the child to get his MRI.

There is four children in Trial Reunification with Natural Mother. The mother is need of car part of her car which is preventing her from driving far distances. By assisting this mother with a part for her car, it will allow the family to get to all of their daily medical and therapy appointments as needed for the family.

A family with three young children is working a prevention case with DHS. The oldest child has some very challenging diagnoses and the family is working hard to support her. This family has been able to keep the children in their own home and continue taking care of them daily. This family has an urgent need. They need a washing machine as they are unable to wash the kids clothes since their last washing machine stopped working. Thank you for considering providing for this need so the children can have clean clothes and the parents can be able to keep up with their children's laundry while engaging in time intensive services for the well being and safety of their family. Natural father needs a crib/toddler bed for 3 year old child with high needs. The child is level 3 non-verbal he also has a G-Tube. The father is working very hard to be able to reunite his family and a bed would help him get one step closer. Thank you.

Hello, I have a kinship placement that is a very young sister that took in her brother. They are wanting to see if they could get help with getting season pass for Paradise Beach so they have take the youth during the summer.
