Help Preserve a Kinship Placement
We have a sweet, high-energy, and goofy four-year-old who has been moved ten times in less than a year. This kiddo only recently turned four years old, so she missed signups for school and will have to wait until the fall. This sweet little kiddo has been given up on so many times and we have a family member who has agreed to give us a chance to get therapy and other services in place. This kiddo has endured tremendous trauma between being moved constantly, in addition to being brought into our custody. This household is a one income household, and the foster parent is a stay-at-home parent which means she is with our sweet high-energy kiddo 24/7. We are working on trying to give her a break throughout the week and get this kiddo into daycare. Daycare does not take our vouchers, and we are looking for any sort of donations (through a visa gift card because daycare will only take online payments). Please help us limit this vulnerable child from being moved again and get her into daycare where she can strengthen her social skills, and give this blessing of a family member a break to maintain this placement.

Help Reunify a Bio Family
Mother and survivor of domestic violence is currently facing disability barriers which has resulted in financial strain and her inability to have visitation with her. While mother does have a vehicle, she is not able to keep up with maintenance and is not able to drive very far. Mother is also having difficulty with affording her utilities for the month of May. Additionally, Mother is not able to afford her rent of $813 for the month of May. Mother has applied for and advised has been approved for disability benefits. At this time, Mother is not certain as to when her disability benefits will be starting and is afraid that she will lose her home if she is not able to pay her rent for the month of May. Any assistance provided will help ensure Mother is able to focus on her health, her disability benefits, being able to see her children, and allocating her limited funds toward other household expenses.

Mother is in dire need of assistance with a deposit for an apartment. The apartment complex is requiring a $700 deposit this week or she will lose her spot. If her spot is lost, it will be another 3 year waiting period before she is able to get assistance with housing again. This is the only thing that is left to reunify the family.

Mother of five children (age 3 to 14) has to relocate for a second time after experiencing domestic violence and homelessness. Mother has secured new housing, however due to an unexpected bill she is now in need of assistance with paying her first month’s rent. The monthly rent is $1,500. Mother does have $1,100 she is able to pay and only needs assistance with $400. Mother is due to move in on Saturday, 04/19/25. Providing any assistance will help ensure that Mother and her children do not face homelessness for a second time and will provide a safe and loving home for the whole family.

This family is a mother and her son who have just been reunified after a year. The mother was in a car wreck a few months back and this put financial strain on her, causing her to fall behind on her rent. She has been paying part of her rent balance weekly, but due to falling short this past month, an eviction notice has been filed. The mother is working extra hard by taking on side jobs such as Door dashing to make ends meet and come up with the money. This is causing her stress as she and her son were just reunified last week and she does not want to lose him again, especially as he has been diagnosed with autism. The mother would like to maintain stability for him as he has been through a lot, has a hard time with social interactions with others, and has many needs. By assisting this mother in paying her electric bill, this may relieve some of her stress as it can free up some of her funds to put towards her rent to avoid being evicted.

Help Preserve a Kinship Placement
This family is working with Oklahoma Human Services due to concerns about domestic violence in the home. Since our involvement, a kinship placement has been taking care of the two children until the biological mother can get on her feet. Currently the biological mother has had many setbacks and has continued to bounce back from those setbacks. However, this kinship placement has taken on the responsibility of both children at their own expense. At this time, this family could use assistance with gas costs (whether a gas card or meeting the family to fill up their vehicle a couple times) to help transport these children to the doctor’s appointments and help get biological mother to her needed visits with her children. Please consider helping meet this need to ensure these children are able to remain in a stable placement until going back home with their mother. Thank you!

Hello! I have a wonderful grandmother on my caseload who has guardianship of her eldest granddaughter, and is doing kinship foster care for the youngest (which will likely turn into guardianship). Her little one is growing and is now coming up on 17 months old, and as you can imagine, her needs are much different than when she first came into custody. This grandmother could really use a new stroller for this little one. The kiddo is quickly outgrowing the one she has and that will eventually become a safety concern. This grandma is out here doing the absolutely most, working full time, and is raising these two girls by herself. I would love to take this simple request for an item off her plate and make her life a little easier. I do have an example of what she is wanting so if you reach out, I can provide a photo. Thank you so much for your consideration!

Mother of three children (ages 5, 6, and 8) is a survivor of domestic violence and relocated to Oklahoma from Texas due to her oldest child experiencing child abuse. All criminal and civil legal matters have recently been concluded, and Mother has relocated to a new address to provide additional safety for her and her children. Mother is currently employed but is facing financial barriers with her monthly rent of $1,209. At this time Mother needs assistance with $400 for the month of May 2025, and would be appreciative of any additional financial assistance to help offset future financial burdens. Providing assistance to this family will ensure that Mother can provide a stable, safe, and loving home for her children.

I am asking for a bed and washer and dryer for my client. She is a single mom with 2 kids, who was experiencing homelessness due fleeing DV. This week they moved into a home of their own after months of homelessness!! She has a full-time job but needs help with one more bed as well as obtaining a washer and dryer. The 2 beds she's already been given by family were given to her children, so she's sleeping on the floor. Please help their new safe place feel like home!!

Doe is a single mom who fled domestic violence with her two children. She has just found housing and is on her way to stability. Currently, her unit is not furnished- and she is needing a table and chairs. The table would be used for her to pursue schooling, for her children to do work at, and for them to eat together as a family.
The only requirement is that the table has three chairs.
