The sweetest, happiest two year old in the world is being raised by her grandmother that absolutely adores her. Grandma has changed her whole life around to be able to devote 100% of her time and attention to her granddaughter and it shows in the way this little girl absolutely shines. This little family makes due with what they have as much as possible but sometimes, money falls just a bit short. Grandma could really use some help with diapers this month. Huggies little movers size 6 seem to be the ones that work the best for her and don't irritate her skin. If anyone can help with this need, it would be a huge blessing. Thank you!

This is a two part transportation request. We are looking for help getting a car repair completed or two bus passes. The parents have been told it is a gas pedal sensor. They say when they step on the gas pedal the engine does not rev up. If you are or know an auto mechanic that can help fix this issue, they would be very grateful for the help. They have been walking and/or asking friends for help getting to appointments. They are not able to get to job interviews that are farther away which has made it difficult for them to get the funds together to get the issue fixed. They do not have a quote for how much this repair would cost. They are also asking for a pair of bus passes to help them to get to appointments and interviews until they can get their car issues fixed.

We are seeking rent assistance for a foster grandmother who has taken in her granddaughter and may soon include her grandson. Due to increased expenses and limited income from Social Security, she has fallen behind on rent and is facing eviction next week. Any support to help her maintain stable housing for the children would be greatly appreciated.

I am working with a biological family of three. Mom is fully engaged in services and provides all transportation for her two toddlers for their two overnight visits each week. Mom is employed full time and is the only source of income in the house. Mom is responsible for the care of the children while they are in her care and does not qualify for food stamps. She is actively reviewing her monthly budget with a daily spending log and is continually looking for opportunities to cut expenses. Mom is requesting assistance with a gas card and groceries as she identifies community resources, establishes a manageable budget, and reduces travel expenses.

I am working with a biological family of two that are currently in trial reunification. Mom is employed part time to full time and is the head of household in this single income family. Mom attempted to seek assistance for clothing and school supplies through the Tulsa Public Schools Homeless program, but because the family is in trial reunification, they do not qualify. Mom is requesting assistance in getting her daughter school ready for the 2025-2026 school year.

I am working with a kinship placement of two children in the care of their maternal grandmother. Grandma works full time and has recently moved from an apartment to a house. Grandma does not qualify for SNAP LiHeap, or TANF and is experiencing financial difficulties. Grandma is requesting assistance on her gas bill that is currently past due. The gas bill of $304.32 was due on 06/27/2025. Grandma needs assistance with the water bill also, in the amount of $217.48, but it is not due until 07/12/2025.

This mom has left an abusive situation with her two children, one being a newborn and is needing financial assistance for rent.

Please help a grandmother who works fulltime while providing excellent care to her grandchildren and great grand child. This grandmother does not receive any financial assistance and has ran into unforeseen circumstances. We would like to alleviate this grandmother of some of her financial strain by paying one of her utility bills. Thank you.

Please help a mom of three with a past due electric bill. The mother recently started working fulltime but she has fallen behind. This family is a risk of having their electric turned off. Thank you.

The Department is working with a mother of three, and she is currently needing assistance with her electric bill. She has been selling items to put towards the bill but has received a disconnection notice this week. This mother has also reached out to community resources, including filling out a LIHEAP application. For any assistance, I will connect with the mother directly. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

A young couple is working to reunify with their children, a 2-year-old boy and a 2-month-old girl. A bus pass for each of them to get to visits, meetings, classes and work would be greatly appreciated while they work to get on their feet.
