We have a mother and daughter who have been brought back together. We have observed the mother and child to have a great bond. The mother just moved into a new apartment and will be starting a new job in the next couple of weeks. The mother has overcame many obstacle's in her life, and during our interaction with the mother we have observed an amazing turn around in her life. She is needing assistance with her rent and only has a short window of time to do so. If this barrier can eliminated it will help the mother save for incoming bills. We would like to add that this is a one time ask, because the mother believes she will be able to meet all of the needs in the home once she starts working full time. Hello. We have a mother who needs help with transportation to and from various service providers, as she continues to worker her plan. We are asking for a 30-day bus pass for her to continue. Thank you for considering this request.

Please help a biological father in a wheelchair with a bus pass to get to his services and appointments.

Parents of five are need of transportation assistance to get to family time at the DHS office, which is difficult from their location on the bus. An Uber or Lyft card would support them to see their children.

A young man on my caseload is in a robotics course at school. He is in to programming and coding. He currently does coding on his phone but the phone can no longer handle data. He asked for desktop computer or "tower" to use for coding/programming. He said that it did not have to be new or have special specifications. A desktop/tower would help him further his educational goals and perhaps launch a career in this field. He is an exceptional youth with good behavior and a positive attitude.

A mother and father of a 10-month-old girl need help with the expense of gas so they can get to and from work, visit their daughter, and attend classes and therapy appointments. A gas card would be tremendously helpful.

Unfortunately, all the mother has for her son currently is his infant car seat that he is quickly outgrowing. This single mother is in need of a convertible car seat that can be rear and forward facing and could grow with him as he continues to develop appropriately. I am certain this natural mother will accept any and all assistance offered to her at this time. We have a mother and daughter who have just been reunified. The mother has achieved quite a lot in a short period of time. The mother and daughter just moved into a new apartment. The mother has been diligent in search of employment. The mother is in need of utility assistance, groceries and a gas card. Help in these areas will assist the family while the mother finds employment.

A foster parent is needing help paying for the cost of summer camp for two young children that she is currently fostering. The cost is $220 per child per month over the summer, but if it is paid in advance then it reduces to $400 a child for the entire summer camp. Even a partial payment would be helpful to the foster family.

Safety Plan Monitor in need of high chair for one year old girl. SPMs are caring full-time for two children on an ongoing FCS case. SPMs are unable to work at the moment. Mom is working and engaging in FCS services, but funds are limited. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance!
