Mother on this case is a single parent. The family is in need of twin size bunk beds/mattresses as the children are currently sleeping on an air mattress.

The family of 6 is in need of a dependable refrigerator. They have purchased 2 used refrigerators which have both broken down on them. Their refrigerator is currently not cooling, which causes the food to spoil.

Grandmother was present with her grandson regarding allegations of abuse. Grandmother states child has been placed with her from out of state and is not receiving assistance from child’s parent. Grandmother reported she is not working and is needing assistance in purchasing some clothing for child for school, as she was only able to purchase him a limited amount. Any assistance will help in making sure grandmother can assist child with his physical needs and wellbeing.
