The family consists of a mom and two children who were recently removed from their home and lost most of their belongings. To help the family get back on their feet while in the shelter, they're requesting some items to help out. The family is requesting : 3 tooth brushes, toothpaste, body wash (sensitive skin), shampoo, conditioner, hair brushes, tampons, women's razors, pads, boy's socks (both boys), boy's XS underwear (both boys), boy's shirts size 5 and 6, boy's shorts size 6 and size 7, boy's shoes size 12/1 and 11, women's underwear size 8/10, women's shoe size 7.5, women's socks 8/10, women's sweats and shorts size L, and women's shirts XL.

The mother just recently got divorced and lost the financial support for the family. Mom is unable to work and has various mental health issues. The adult son is the only source of income in the home. The home currently does not have any hot water as there is an issue with the hot water heater. the family has been taking cold showers. The 14-year-old daughter is currently going back and forth between homes to take hot showers. The family has been able to get mom's mental and medical health under control and began working with programs to help support the family.

The family needs someone with experience to be able to look at their hot water heater and possibly complete repairs as needed as financially reasonable.

This is a family of a mom and four children (15, 13, 10, 8). The mother is currently unemployed. The mother is currently working with the department to improve herself and keep her family together. The family needs 5 doorknobs, 3 replacement doors, someone to install doors and knobs, 2 bunk bed sets (2 twin with mattresses).

The home was in deplorable condition when the department first engaged the family. The mother has made a significant improvement in the cleanliness of the home. The children have gone through a lot and seen a lot over the years. There are doors in the home that are broken with panels knocked out. The 15-year-old needs to use a knife to get in and out of his bedroom. The mother will need assistance with door and doorknob installation. Then children have dirty mattresses laying on the floor. Bunkbeds with fresh mattresses for the children and bunk beds to free up space would be great.

This request is to aid a single parent mother and her four young children. Her children are all under the year of 5, including a 5-year-old boy, 3-year-old boy, 2-year-old boy, and 6-month-old girl. The mother is hoping to be donated a walker and stroller for her 6-month old. She has been homeless and staying with relatives but has recently been approved for her own apartment. A stroller with head support, suitable for a 6 month old infant will help Mom be able to more easily travel from place to place with all of her children. The walker will ensure the baby has a safe environment to explore, develop muscle strength, and stay entertained if Mom needs to tend to the other children.

This request will benefit a family of 6. The family is in need of a washer and dryer. Mom has expressed that she has kept the student home at times due to not having access to a washer and dryer.

This request is for a family that got separated by immigration. Mom now has the full weight of bills coming her way and she is struggling. She has two boys under the age 15. Mom has requested help so she can remain strong for her children. If this family's power is shut off the children's wellbeing will be greatly impacted. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated!

I have a family of a single mom with a son under the age of 7 with minimal support. Mom is struggling with support but maintains a clean home and is looking for some basic needs for the child. 6 year old boy: summer clothes Size 07/08 Comforter and sheet sets( Queen size) Two fans Night stand Hygiene products: Soaps(there are no allergies), Toothpaste, Toothbrushes , laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, wash cloths and towels

This mother in need has been working hard on completing court orders and finding a suitable apartment for herself, her twins (due in August) and her 2 other children. A double stroller would allow her the freedom to take her children into the community.

Two boys are temporarily staying with their father while their mother takes time to work on herself in order to better support and care for them in long term. As part of this transition, the children have had to leave their previous home and had left some belongings behind they are currently in need of essentials including underwear and basic necessities.

Mom is a single mother working as a home health aid for her aging father. Mom has two kids, age 10 and 13. The 13 yr olds bed broke and he no longer has a bed . Financial resources are limited as mom pays for rent and other expenses on her own. This request will allow the child to sleep comfortably which will help with school attendance.

The family has had an open case with department for almost five years. They have made great strides recently and have obtained an apartment after almost two years of being homeless! Their youngest child is in care. The parents have been following up with their service providers and complying with services. The goal is reunification and with this apartment they are closer to achieving this goal. Having these items in the home will also bring them closer to reunification.
