19 year old youth who signed back into foster care has been struggling to pay for groceries. His loans covered a meal plan at school, but the meal plan does not provide enough food for him to eat 7 days out of the week. He has no foster parents currently since he is living in a dorm, and he has no job as he was advised in court to focus on his school and grades before getting a job. Both his parents are deceased. This has put him in a situation where he has no money to pay for basic food items. So I am requesting donated groceries or a gift card for him in any amount that you may be able to give. Any amount will help him and will be much appreciated. The gift card can be emailed to him.

I am currently working with a single mother on my caseload who is in urgent need of rental assistance. She is pregnant with a due date in June, and has recently been laid off from her job. Although she has secured rent for the month of May, she will not be able to cover June’s rent due to her upcoming delivery and loss of income.

This mother is raising two children, a 16-year-old daughter and a 2-year-old son, and is doing her best to prepare for the arrival of her newborn while managing the household on her own. With no current income and a baby expected in early June, she is facing significant financial strain.

Rental assistance for the month of June would greatly relieve some of the pressure she is experiencing and allow her to focus on her recovery and caring for her children during this critical time. Your support would make a meaningful difference in the stability and well-being of this family.

We have a mom that is actively participating in the Mothers Advocacy Project. She is currently in Phase Two of our three-phase trauma intervention program. Mom is working hard to be the best version of herself for her teenage child. Mom is doing her best to provide for her family but recently evicted from her apartment due to a recent job loss. We would like to provide mom and her children with a week stay at a motel so she can have safe shelter for her and her children while she works to find permanent housing for the family.
