We are currently working with a single mother, grandmother, and a 10-month-old baby girl. The family is requesting assistance with gas cards to make upcoming medical appointments in OKC. The family is also requesting assistance with size 3 diapers (Pampers Brand) and Huggies wipes. During this time, the family has been working to improve their home and physical health. Pregnant mom who is due in 11 days is moving into a new apartment. Finances are very tight and she is in desperate need for a couch.

I am a CPS worker working with a family of six children, and the mother is struggling to pay her bills. The bill most needing help right now is a phone bill, so she is able to communicate with her children more often.

As a CPS worker, I am currently working with the family of a single mother of two. One of the children has disabilities and the mother is not working to help tend to her daughter with disabilities. This mother is needing help providing both of her children with appropriate beds, two twin size beds would be perfect. Any help for this family would be greatly appreciated. A kinship recently took placement of two children. The children are needing two twin mattresses for their beds. The home is also needing cabinet safety locks, electrical outlet covers, and child safety door knob covers.

A child is in need of an air mattress (twin size) while she stays in the office.

A transit bus pass is needed for a mom to get to and from services such as counseling.

The mother has recently transitioned into stable housing, now residing with her mother-in-law, who is currently disabled and under her care. The household includes two minor children. The mother has successfully had the water and other essential utilities restored with the exception of the gas. The household is without hot water due to the gas service being inactive. The mother is prepared to cover the required deposit to initiate gas service but is requesting assistance to pay a past due balance of $217.27 in order to move forward. Restoring the gas is critical to ensure the family has access to hot water for essential hygiene needs, including bathing, laundry, and cleaning—especially given the care needs of a disabled adult and two young children.

I am the permanency planner for a traditional foster home that has placement of a toddler child. They are needing a tall skinny dresser to help store his clothing in. If anyone can help with this need it would be greatly appreciated. The dresser does not have to be brand new or cost a lot. Thank you
