Foster family requesting 2 bicycles for middle school age girls. One is bio daughter and one is foster daughter who had a recent change in placement. Will be enriching for girls and help get them to activities. Could be new or used in good condition.

A 9 year old female child has been placed with her paternal grandparents. The grandparents could use help getting the child a booster seat regarding transportation purposes. The child came to Indiana from out of state and does not have a lot of personal items. The child would love to have a bike of her own to ride and play with neighborhood children.

I am working with a mother and father working to get their daughter back after battling substance use. The parents are doing excellent, feeling great and looking forward to their baby coming home. However, they are in need of a few things for their new home and various baby items to help create a home for the baby (1 year old in July). The parents are in need of a diaper bag and all the items (bottles, sippy cups, toys, diapers, wipes, washcloths, baby food, spoons, etc.). They also need a crib and a walker for the baby girl. Lastly, they are in need of dishes, pots and pans and dishcloths.

A mother recently got a place of her own after moving out of her mother's house. The mom has a set of 1 year old twins (boy and girl), a two year old (boy), and is currently pregnant with another set of twins. Mom is trying to get on her feet but does not have beds for her three children and only has 1 crib for the babies on the way. Mother is trying her best to step out on her own and support herself and her children but is financially struggling to purchase beds on her own. Mother stated she would be very grateful for any assistance she may receive.

Father in family currently hospitalized and mother is in long term recovery from major back surgery and other health issues. Mother is looking for work since father cannot work right now. Two children in the home- one beginning high school and one in elementary school. In need of queen size bed and couch in better condition to help with mobility/health needs and sleep as current furniture is in broken/poor condition.

A 6-month-old baby was moved to a foster home but was only given 5 outfits, which do not fit. The child is in need of 3–6-month summer girl clothing, including daytime clothes and pajamas, and she wears a size 2 diaper. Once the foster family begins receiving a per diem for placement, they will be able to begin getting additional clothing as the child grows. If possible, five pairs of pajamas, ten outfits, and a pack of onesies would be appreciated.

A father recently became placement for his two children (boy and girl) after they were removed from their mother's care after months of homelessness. Father had been searching for his children and is ecstatic to have his children with him. Father has an appropriate home and is doing everything he can to support his household and his children, but has run into funding issues with getting the children appropriate beds. The kids currently have an air mattress, but the family wishes for more stable beds for the children, especially after the months of homelessness they recently experienced. The family stated they would be grateful for a bunk bed with mattresses due to space. They are so thankful and grateful for any assistance they may receive.

A 15 year old child is currently in placement with her 21 year old sister. This is the only place she can go after the child was removed due to an altercation with her mother. The child has asked FCM for a dresser to put her clothes into. Sister is struggling financially after taking on her sister so abruptly. FCM wants to make the child's emergency placement with her sister more comfortable and not place so much financial strain onto sister.

working a single mother of two who is currently involved in domestic violence situation. Mother is 23 years old and currently not working and had to move back in with her mother. Mother is in need of diapers and formula for the baby. Her children are at the ages of 7 months and 4.

The stepfather has recently became placement of three children, ages 14F, 11M, and 3F, and is working to provide a stable and nurturing environment for them. However, the family is currently facing a significant hardship as their home stove is no longer functioning, making it extremely difficult to prepare hot, nutritious meals. To support the well-being and daily needs of the children, the family is in urgent need of a new stove. the family is in need of summer clothing for the children. The 14-year-old girl wears a size medium in shirts and size 8 in jeans, while the 11-year-old boy wears a size large in shirts and size 12 in pants. The family is also in need of fans or an air conditioner, as their home lacks proper cooling during the hot summer months. With young children in the household, including a toddler, maintaining a safe and comfortable indoor temperature is critical for their health and well-being. Access to cooling would greatly improve the living conditions in the home and help the children rest, play, and thrive in a stable environment.

a single mother of 3 children is currently sleeping on an air mattress due to one of the children not having a bed. Mother is in need of a twin mattress, frame and sheet set. mother is currently working but is having a hard time making ends meet.

Grandparents adopted their three grandchildren after their mother passed away and are in desperate need of new beds and bedding. Grandparents attempted to obtain beds on their own but with their financial means they have mattresses that are stained and beds that had broken bed frames. The grandparents are so happy to have the kids but would be very appreciative of new beds, bed frames, and bedding for the children.
