We are requesting funds to have voucher's for families that need to do a UA for us on allegations for hotlines. This is for families who might not have employment or be on disability and cannot afford the fee. Fastest Labs gives us a large discount to work with families. We are requesting 20 vouchers. I have broken the requests up in half so it might be easier to meet the need.

We are seeking assistance to purchase a twin size bed to allow a kinship placement provider to home a sibling to a youth they already have in their home. This kinship home is an adoptive resource for both youth and we would love to see these kids obtain permanency together. We need a twin size frame, box spring and mattress so these children can be placed in the same home.

The children cannot live in the home of their grandmother who can take them. They were in a single parent home and Mom died, they are staying with an 84-year-old great-grandmother in a very small home and need to get into grandmas. She needs a dumpster urgently so that she can clean out her 2-bedroom home to accommodate the kids. She has too many boxes, bins and clutter to have them live with her comfortably or safely and there are 3 kids, so it really needs to be able to have all the rooms used. PLEASE HELP!! Great Grandmother cannot keep them. Would be great if this dumpster could get delivered on MONDAY so that they can get the house cleaned out by Friday and the kids can get into the home. Great Grandmother is hanging on, but barely!! A dumpster that is going to be delivered is being arranged, we are desperate to keep the kids with their grandma they have had so much tragedy and loss.

baby was born at 23 weeks in September. Mother is recovering from substance abuse. Mother is currently in jail, she is either going to in patient rehab or to prison. Before mom went to jail she was working with children's division and doing well. The baby is staying with a family friend and they are looking to get guardianship to prevent the baby from coming into state custody. The family needs are size 2 diapers and formula. Family of 3 currently experiencing a sudden hardship. Mom and 2 kids left their home due to unforeseen circumstance. Family is staying with another family member right now until they can secure their own housing. Family lost most of their income due to the move and mom is currently working part time. Family currently only has the clothing that they left with and could benefit from any support. Mom identified urgent needs being - Hygiene products, clothing, and gas. Mom was able to apply for EBT, health insurance, and is actively working to secure housing.

If request is able to be met it would free up some of mom's funds and allow her to shift her focus to saving for housing.

This CarePortal is going to help preserve a foster placement. Foster mom expressed need for underwear for the 12-year-old child in the home. The child is growing rapidly and outgrowing his current set of underwear. The child is size small in men's for underwear. Foster mom stated the child does not like wearing tidy whities. No preference for color or theme.

We are requesting a twin or full size bed for a child who will be reunifying with her mother. The mother is preparing for her child to come back home and is needing assistance with obtaining a bed for her child.

Dad is having trouble finding a job as a felon. The mother left the baby and he is trying to remain connected with the baby. He needs and wants to visit everyday but not having money for gas is making it hard for him to visit. He wants to keep a strong bond with his daughter. He is needing gas cards to help him go see his daughter more.

Mother and grandmother live together. There are a total of 10 children in the home. Several of the children are potty training, and some of the younger children especially could use some more underwear and clothing.

Family is getting evicted from home and need a place to stay until their new home gets inspected. Family can stay at mosque but need a place to store big items. Family either needs money for storage or someone willing to store their big items.

A biological dad is at risk of being evicted from his home. He does not currently have transportation to get to and from work. This is causing for his Uber expenses to take over his extra funds. His apartment complex told him he has until Monday to get his rent caught up or he will be evicted. Getting this need met will help him keep his home for him and his children.

Family of 4 is currently in need of assistance with their electric bill. Family has fallen behind on bills the last few months due to unforeseen circumstances. Legal issues have impacted the whole family unit but specifically the parents' attendance at work which has impacted their normal income over the last few months. Parents are actively trying to get caught up on bills and one parent is working two jobs. Per parent, the total behind amount is $2129 and needing they are needing $1843.15 to restore service. Parent has reached out St. Vincent De Paul and they’re unable to help until account is under $400. One parent will get paid later next week and will have funds to contribute to the bill but any additional aid to offset some of the bill is greatly appreciated.
