We have a 9 year old and a 7 year old females who have experienced SA trauma. They are both in a pre adopt placement and the children are displaying reactive behaviors on each other. To keep them safe until a TFC is available, they are in need of alarms. These alarms will be used to alert Foster Parent if children get out of bed or go in each other's rooms. 1 bed alarm 3 door alarms

The families front entry door is unable to secure. The door was destroyed during a domestic violence incident where the damage happened. The family also has steps that are very dangerous and could hurt the child or residence in the home. The family does not have the financial means to fix their door. They are securing their door with two couches as it does not lock.

We have a relative foster family that is placement for two siblings, and has two daughters of her own. The family has a trampoline that the children love to play on. They have not been able to use it since the safety net ripped and can not be used. The children are elementary school children and miss being able to jump. They are in need of a replacement safety net.

The family consists of mom, her partner and their combined four daughters. The mother has recently been released from jail and is doing well. The family is about to start trail home visit and are in need of a large dresser for the three oldest daughters to share. They will be sharing a room and closet space is limited. They have room for a wide dresser. The dresser will make the room less cluttered and make it easier for the girls to move around in their space.

M is currently living in an office setting as the Department works on locating a foster placement. She is 17 and likely will age out. She has a lot of anxiety about living in the office and what comes next in her life. Her team would like to see about getting her a weighted blanket to help her deal with the anxiety of living in the office and the constant changes of staff and the uncertainty of what will come next. Any assistance is much appreciated!

He really just wants to feel safe and loved. Single mother left a domestic violent relationship and is now living in her vehicle with her boys. She was staying in a hotel but ran out of income tax money. She is three months behind on her car payments. Both of her boys have mental health concerns and cannot work full time. She has to be off work by mid afternoon to care for the boys. She is requesting for gas cards to get to work and mental health providers. Due to her getting kicked out of the home her and the boys are in need of clothing and shoes their sizes: size 6 shirt and pants for youngest boy. Size 9/10 shirts and pants for older boy. shoes sizes 12 and 4 boys for mother size small medium shirts and size 1R for pants. Anything is helpful and greatly appreciated.

grandmother with low income is needing assistance with paying the fee to file emergency guardianship paperwork for her grandsons. Mom is currently incarcerated and the children (one with special needs) are needing alternative placement.

17 y/o hispanic male student needs support in buying tools for CNM's CTE Automechanic Program. Dual Credit Tuition does not cover it and this student is economically disadvantaged. With this tools, he will be a certified automechanic prior to High School graduation and will be ASE certified by the time he is 18. Please see this link for his requested tools.

Single mother of 5 children, recently located to NM with no support system. The family is in need of clothing for the 4 children, mom, and adult daughter. Many of the families clothing are old or have been ruined from animals previously in the home. The family is very low income and unable to purchase new clothing or shoes. The children and mother would also benefit from hair services to help maintain their ethnic hair. Due to being low income the family would also benefit from additional resource to help pay utility bills. One of the children is autistic and needs a lot of support by the family. Sizes for the children include L/XL pants, shirts, bras, underwear, size 12/14 pants, shirts, bras, and underwear for 2 children, size 8 pants, shirts, and underwear and size M-L pants, shirts, bras, and underwear for mom and adult child. Shoe sizes include, 8, 9, 3, 8.5, 9 the family may also benefit from hygiene products such as shampoo, conditioner, soap/body wash, tooth brushes, toothpaste, toilet paper, cleaning products, and laundry detergent.
