Mom is requesting two car seats - for a 2.5 year old (27lbs) and a 7 month old (17lbs). These car seats will greatly help mom be able to transport her baby girls safely and help mom as she and the kids transition into their own healthy, living situation. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

This family is currently involved with the department. There oldest son has been dealing with health issues in addition to his Autism. There were escalations of behavior but it has been shown when he has activities outside the home his behaviors are decreased. We are looking for supports to close this case and believe if we can give the family outings as a goal we can mitigate these behaviors.

Single mother needs some assistance with some items for 14-year old kiddo. They are hoping that can get a Walmart gift card so that they can purchase some hygiene items, bedding, and laundry detergent and other household cleaning products. Mother is not working on a consistent basis due to transportation issues.

Child needs a 4T boys suit for church (new/used) and a $25 Walmart gift card . Kiddo was placed with kin over the weekend. A $25 Wal Mart dollar gift card is needed to help with getting supplies for him.

I am currently working with three children who were removed in an emergency situation this past Friday and placed in foster care. The children have been homeless for some time and prior to their removal they had to leave all of their belongings behind to seek shelter at a homeless shelter. Since being removed the children have no clothes of their own. This is the third time these children have been removed and it is a difficult process for them so having clothes of their own that feel comfortable for them will be so important to their overall wellbeing during this process. The oldest child is 14 years old and is having a really difficult time with not having any clothes that feel comfortable for her and allow her to express herself in such a small way. Josh is living in a foster home in Greeley. He is a 17 year old male who will turn 18 soon. he needs transportation for working and going to the gym.

MOC had struggled with homeless and was living in motels. MOC finally has stable housing and working. Kiddo who is 14 years old is waning to return back to mom where she will have her own room. However, MOC is needing a bed and a bed frame for her kiddo.

One of our foster parents who cares for traumatized children in her home. Lately she has had many children placed in her care with challenging behaviors, to the point that it was unsafe for the child themselves as well as the others in the home. A particular youth in the home has destroyed the home and been physically aggressive. This has been a bit traumatizing for the provider, and the provider has had to pay a large amount of out-of-pocket expenses to repair the home to continue to accommodate other children in need. Foster Mom has provided a safe place for many children in the system and advocated for and met their needs, as well as shown them unconditional love which they have never had from a caregiver. We would like for her to continue to be able to do this good work and helping so many hurting children in need. This donation will help her to clean her home to provide that loving care for children that come into care by ensuring a habitable living environment for them.

A father is trying to get to his supervised parenting time with his son, but has a disability that prevents him from working and has no transportation. The public transit system isn't an option. It would be great to get assistance with uber/lyft cards so father and son can see each other 2x a week.

Our client, a child traveled to Colorado from Mexico alone. The child was arrested and is currently being held in detention. The detention facility is unable to call internationally. The child has been unable to communicate with his family since his arrest in February. We'd like for him to be able to communicate with his family, but he needs an international calling card to do so.

This family has recently been able to move into an apartment after being homeless for two plus years. They do not have any furniture and are in need of two mattresses and bedding.
