They have recently welcomed their great grandchildren into their home, after they were removed from an abusive environment. This transition has brought with it unexpected challenges meeting their basic needs. Due to their limited income, they are struggling to provide the essentials such as food, bedding, gas card and pull-ups. These children have endured great hardship, and they are doing everything in their power to offer them a stable, nurturing environment. Any support services that can help meet the basic needs of their great grandchildren would make a significant difference in their lives as they begin to heal and rebuild. The mother is a victim of domestic violence and is in need of assistance with paying her light bill. According to the mother, her lights were turned off today.

The client is a 36-year-old woman currently experiencing multiple acute stressors. She recently endured a miscarriage, followed shortly by the loss of her employment. Despite these significant challenges, the client remains committed to continuing their engagement in services. The client is currently facing imminent eviction and lacks stable housing. She lacks both familial and social support. Additionally, financial hardship has led to the loss of her vehicle, limiting her ability to attend medical appointments and pursue employment opportunities. The client has expressed a desire to secure employment and maintain her medical care; however, she is currently unable to meet these goals due to limited access to essential resources such as transportation and internet connectivity. The client is behind in payment for her utility bills: cable/internet ($321.91), phone ($222.20) and electricity ($118.09). The mother is requesting a double-stroller for her girls ages 3yo and 2yo as she walks a lot with them since she doesn't have a vehicle any longer. She is also requesting a twin size mattress for a bed she obtained for the girls.

A caregiver is currently in need of some clothing for two small children who have been place in the home. These items being request will help the family as they adjust to their new home and help the caregiver give the children what is needed. The children ages are 6 and 7 years old.

Single, mother of five, ages 1 y.o. - 16 y.o., employed part-time in retail, actively engaged in securing the safety and well-being of her children. Parent utilizing local and community resources, has managed to provide structure and guidance for her children. She spends her time chauffeuring children throughout the county to different programs geared toward high academic achievement, social and emotional well-being and socially responsible activities as both an investment in their future and a way of safeguarding against negative peer influence and community violence. At the moment, fuel cost is a threat to her ability to sustain these outlets for her children.

A 14yo who just found out she is 7 months pregnant is in need of any and all baby items. Her parents are able to help but they have a young child they need to care for as well.

The mother is single and caring for 7 children. Her children range from 1YO to 14YO. The children are currently sharing beds and could use bunk beds or individual single beds. The mother needs clothing for her 1YO, he fits 18-24 months. Gently used items are acceptable. She is also in need of a single high-chair and carseat for her 1YO. Gently used items are acceptable. Diapers and wipes would be helpful as well.

A mother has an 8 mos baby boy and she is currently struggling financially and needs assistance with the following items. The mother just moved into a home as they were previously homeless and used most of her money to move in. Any help would be greatly appreciated. She has also been referred to other resources but has not had any success as she looks on offer up, but with limited financials it can be difficult if somebody puts in a higher offer.

Diapers size 5, wipes, clothes 18-24 months for a little boy, and an interactive floor mat for tummy time.

We have a single mom that has been working really hard to get ahead for her and her son. She is in dire need of clothes and diapers for her little boy. He turns 6 the month of July. He is needing shoes size 3 Wide, Clothes size 8 to 10 and Diapers size 8.

This referral is a relative caregiver who is assisting to the placement of 14-year-old victim. Both biological parents are unavailable to care the victim. The family member is asking for assistance with miscellaneous supplies to preservice the placement. A Card gift card would be sufficient
