Maternal grandma and maternal great grandparents received a call during dinner asking if they would take in their four grandchildren ranging in age from 2-8. Placement has already purchased thousands of dollars for things and has no room in their budget for car seats. The family needs three booster car seats to travel to school appointments, and church.

This family is also in need of gift cards to help support their transition during this trial home visit. The father has recently reunited with his children and is working hard to provide a stable and nurturing environment.

Gift cards—especially to grocery stores, gas stations, or general retailers like Walmart or Target—would be incredibly helpful. They would allow the father to meet immediate needs for food, household essentials, and transportation, while focusing on building a safe and supportive home for his children.

Any contribution would be greatly appreciated as this family takes these important steps forward together.

Non custodial parent has been given placement of the children (2 and 3 both males) due to DCS involvement. Father does not have proper bedding for the children and is in need of assistance obtaining the bedding. Children are currently sharing a bed and are in need of there own bedding

An aunt is placement for her 1-month-old niece. She is requesting a stroller and car seat combo to make transporting the baby easier, as she has 3 kids of her own, as well.

Parent is seeking high-back booster seats for two young children. Parent has been working towards reunification with two biological children for a over year, including working with providers on building overall stability to be considered appropriate for reunification. Parent has been successfully working with agencies to locate and build resources but has not been able to locate car seats that fit the needs of their children through the means provided to them. Parent has now reached a point where they could increase parenting time but does not have any car seats. Parent needs car seats to safely transport the children while they're in their care. Without appropriate car seats, safety concerns arise that put the family at risk of case regression. Parent would like to continue moving the case forward and alleviate safety concerns while the children are in their care.

The child was removed from his mother's care due to concerns for housing instability following his mother's eviction. The mother was arrested the following day and is currently still incarcerated. The child was placed in kinship care in Indianapolis. The kinship placement caregiver is on a limited income and although there will be a minimal per-diem, it will be at least another month for payment. The kinship placement is requesting a twin size bed with a bed platform, as well as other appropriate bedding such as sheets, pillows, pillowcases, etc.

A 17 year old child was removed and placed at her friend's house, starting today. The child currently does not have her own bed. In order for her to have her own bed, a twin over full bunk bed is needed. The bunk bed is necessary due to preserving space in the home. The family already has a full bed, for one of the children that already live in the home, which is why a twin over full bed frame would be the best option for this kinship placement. A frame, a twin mattress, sheets, comforter set, mattress protector, and pillows are needed for the 17 year old girl. The family could also use a carbon monoxide detector for the home. Providing these items will help make this kinship placement work for this child. Thank you!

The family consists of a Mother, a 13-year-old child, and a 16 year-old child. Mother has just gotten out of a domestic violence relationship. Mother is concerned for the family's safety at this time. Mother is working with her apartment complex to get the locks changed but this may take a few weeks. Mother believes she needs a security camera in the meantime to ensure safety in the home.

A father and his children are currently relocating to a new residence. This father is starting afresh in this home without any furnishings. He is in need of a couch, a living room table, and a dining room table. Assisting this family in acquiring these essential items would enable them to establish a safe and comfortable living environment.

A 4 year old female and a 6 month old female are currently placed in foster care two hours away. A kinship placement has been identified within Marion County that can accept placement of both children immediately. The placement is in need of a convertible car seat for the 6 month old and a high back booster seat for the 4 year old in order to take placement and ensure the children are transported safely. Having a convertible car seat for the 6 month old would allow her to grow with the car seat and remedy the need for additional car seat purchases at this time. The placement would also need a supply of diapers and wipes for the 6 month old to ensure her needs were met upon placement and allow for placement to connect to additional resources. The child is currently wearing size 3 diapers. A stroller would also assist in the placement navigating two small children around in public. This request would allow for the children to be placed back in their community and placed in close proximity to their other sibling, as well as be placed with someone with whom the children are bonded.

A grandmother is placement for her 11 month old grandson. She is requesting a pack and play for him to have for the living room. She is also requesting baby gates, as he is trying to walk, as well as childproofing locks for her cabinets.
