This child has been placed with fictive kinship. The fictive kin is the sole provider for this child who is 16 years old. The youth is excited to be in the home with the family. The caregiver wants to care for the youth long-term but needs a few resources to assist with caring for the child. The family needs a lock box to ensure appropriate storage of medications.

The family just moved and in the process of moving the children's beds broke. The father is a single father caring for both of his children on one income and he needs assistance with two twin beds.

I have two grandparents that took in their grandson. One of the grandparents on are disability. They will not qualify for kinship payment assistance. The caregiver's would like assistance with getting diapers and wipes to take to daycare and have at home for the baby. The baby has very sensitive skin and is using Huggies brand size 3. This would be very helpful for the grandparents after taking on the unexpected expenses of a child.

This Family is located in Liberty County. My role with this family is to investigate the death of their child an 8-year-old male. The death of the child was due to the injury to the Child that Caused Serious Bodily Injury, a 1st Degree Felony. The offender was charged. Currently the child's remains are located at 607 Aldine Mail Route Rd, Houston, Tx 77037. The family is affected by the tragic loss of their son with grief and not financially able to fund the release of the child's remains.

An aging out young adult has recently experienced homelessness and is in need of immediate housing assistance. Young adult is currently living in a tent while waiting for a bed to open up at the Covenant House. Any immediate assistance would be greatly appreciated while we are waiting for more permanent housing options to align.

Single Mother of 3 children is need of assistance with obtaining clothes for her children. Mother is currently unemployed and looking to obtain work. Mother has a 13-year-old daughter who wears a size medium in shirts, size 7/8 Large in pants and size 7/8 in women shoes. 3-year-old female toddler wears a size 4t in clothes and she is a size 9c in shoes. 6-month-old male is a size 6-9 months in clothes and wears a size 3/4 in diapers. If mother was able to get assistance with these items this will help take stress of her and help improve her children well-being being able to have new clothes to wear.

Mom has moved from Corpus Christi to Houston Tx to change her environment and start a new beginning for her and her 5 month old child. Mom decided to make this drastic change in her life for her child's safety. Mom has recently completed all of her requirements at a facility and I would like to help mom feel that she is not alone in this journey and to be able to provide her 5 month old child in what she is in need. Mom is alone here in Houston without any family or friends as well as her 5 month old child and I would like to provide her with her needed items to help her gain strength and make her feel that comfort that she is not alone. Mom is in need of a Walker, a high chair, baby bath tub, and a baby carrier.

Hello all, I have a young adult that is in need of food. This young adult is taking advantage of the Supervised Independent Living through CPS. The placements are for the young adults growth into independent living. The issue is this young adult is not able to apply for food stamps for food. She has gotten assistance from her Court Appointed Special Advocate but needs more help. She has tried food pantries to help also. If anyone could assist with groceries to help this young adult that would be greatly appreciated. This young adult is working to save money also. This young adult wants to get into college. I believe helping with this need will help relieve much stress in this young adults life. Thank you all very much for everything you do.

The agency has been court ordered to assist a teen mother with obtaining a cell phone to maintain contact with her caseworker and agency. A pre-paid phone for at least 6 months-1 year. We would also like to request a tablet to assist her with participating in services for the agency.

Youth will be aging out of care soon. Youth is currently looking for full time employment to be able to pay her bills independently. She is currently focused on catching up on rent and utilities. Assistance with groceries is needed if possibly.

This is a sibling group of 5 but 4 are in the same placement. They are currently living with family. Their family is doing everything they can to make sure all of their wants and needs are being met. They could use some assistance with basic necessities like clothing and under garments.

I have a young adult in a HCS placement. This young adult needs continued stimulation for her growth. The young adult loves to color, draw, paint etc. She is very creative and it helps her with her stress. This young adult is limited on supplies at her placement. The young adult also has a small space she can work. A personal desk or television tray would be perfect for her to have to continue her artistic side. Any help would be greatly appreciated for this young adult.
