The caregiver is caring for her 8-month-old cousin, who has been placed in her custody due to their mother being incarcerated. While the caregiver is doing her best to provide a safe, nurturing home, the financial responsibility has come suddenly and can be overwhelming at times. The family is in need of diaper and wipes. The child doesn’t use a specific brand of diapers and wipes. The child is currently wearing a size 2 diaper.

There is a mother and her 7 children who are homeless and sleeping in a car. The mother uses her car to make her money, and she has to take the kids around with her in the car every day. The mother reports that due to having too many children hotels will not take her in. The mothers last child was recently born in April. The mother is asking for a gas card to help get her and her children to New York where she has better support and help. Any assistance is appreciated.

Have a big family that are trying to get on their feet and need assistance with diapers for the little ones. Diaper sizes needed are 3 and 5 and wipes. This will help the family with the 2 little one's hygiene until they can get more supplies.

A two-year old foster child who is a bright and active toddler has faced early life challenges and is currently adjusting. Recently, he has developed a habit of removing his clothes and diaper during the night, which has led to frequent messes, disrupted sleep, and increased stress for the foster parent. Despite consistent bedtime routines and various interventions, the behavior continues and has made overnight care difficult. Adaptive clothing designed with rear zippers or secure closures can prevent the child from undressing during the night, helping to maintain hygiene, reduce overnight clean ups, and support better sleep for both the child and foster parent.

We received this case due to inadequate supervision of children after mother’s 8th child 1 year old baby boy died from drowning in the family pool in March. Mother works from home and didn’t notice the child was out back alone. The home has a safety net but has been needing replacement since family moved in. Owners of the home have failed to replace the screen. Due to funeral expenses and many other unexpected expenses, mother has fallen behind in her utilities. We are requesting assistance for the family to help relieve stress and support them through their grieving process. The two older children are working but haven’t made enough money to help mother catch up on bills.

The children have been recently sheltered and the mother refuses to provide any needed items for the child/children. CPI had to provide a car seat, food, clothing, pacifier etc. The items the children need are currently too small. The 10-month-old is in need of size 4 diapers, (formula enfamil, purple can gentle ease), clothing size 18months, shoes, size 3c. baby soap, lotion, shampoo, diaper rash creme, baby food. Bottles. The 6-year-old child is in need of clothing and shoes, socks underwear. Caregiver is moving in 30 days and has limited funds with taking the children into the home and renting a new home. This request is to assist the relative caregiver provide for the wellbeing of the children.

A 4-year-old girl and 5-year-old boy have been placed with their grandma. Due to their full house the kids are sleeping on a bunkbed in the living room. There is a need for a room divider to ensure the kids privacy and personal space.

2 Adjustable No Drilling Curtain Rod Wall Dividers would be best for their rented living situation. Either 2 wide curtains or 4 regular curtains would be needed for the rods as well.

A mother was pushed from a moving vehicle and now requires assistance with mobility. She would greatly benefit from a scooter to help her get around. Unfortunately, she cannot afford one and is seeking financial assistance or help from anyone who might be willing to donate a scooter.

We have a young adult in the PESS program. This young adult is the mother of two young children and has does well for herself and her children. She has come across a bump in the road and is in need of help with items to maintain the wellbeing of her children, allowing them to stay in her home and out of care. The mother is in need if diapers size 5 and 7, the mother normally uses Huggies and this is what the children are used to. She is also in need of wipes for both children; the mother uses only unscented wipes.

This family was recently homeless and were just recently able to procure a hotel room with help of the grandmother. Mom had not been working since giving birth to her 6-month-old, but she just started a new job. The children are in desperate need of clothing and shoes. The infant is in need of a pack and play to sleep in as she has been sleeping with mom. The 17-year-old girl sizes are 1x shoe size 11. The 12-year-old girl sizes are 10/12 shoe size 2. The 10-year-old boy sizes are size 8 shoe size 1. The 4-year-olds boy sizes are 3t shoe size 3. The 3-year-old boy sizes are 3T and shoe size is 3. The infant girl who is 6 months old her sizes are 3-6 months.

The children are currently placed with a grandmother who is in need of appropriate bedding for the children. The grandmother is currently caring for four grandchildren, as well as her husband who is recovering from a severe stroke. She is applying to adopt the children and provide a permanent, safe environment for the children. The two female children love traditional girl colors like pinks and purples, they baby dolls and princesses. The older male child likes science and is into more dinosaurs, space or bugs (earthy colors). Younger male child is into traditional boy colors like blue and older toddler boy things like trucks, Paw Patrol and superheroes (Marvel).
