AGAPE is serving a pregnant teenager is our Foster Care Program. She will deliver the baby in a few weeks and still needs some items to make sure she is prepared and ready for baby. Please see the list attached. Any items that could be purchased or funds to go towards items would be a wonderful blessing for her! Please also be praying for teen mom as she becomes a single young mother and her foster parents during this time of transition.

The family has recently lost a 5-months-old newborn baby boy. The family is limited in the amount of the beds for 4 remaining children. Every child is in need of his/her own bed. The family lacks 1 twin size bed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

we have a youth in custody that is a senior at creekwood high school. She is a member of the marching and orchestra band. The school has a $450 band fee that the foster family needs assistant with. She has been a member of the band since 6th grade and wants to finish her senior year in the band.

Single Mother of 1 year old daughter recently located to Davidson County from out of state for a better living. Mother is living in a hotel and working two jobs. Mother is looking for financial assistance to pay for daycare until she can get her daycare voucher re-instated. Mother is trying to obtain baby’s birth certificate from out of state. Mother could also benefit from assistance with grocery assistance.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated during this transition time

I Am Next is a nonprofit that works with youth who have aged out of foster care in the Middle TN area. One of our young moms (who was in the system herself) is pregnant with her second child and is due by the end of this month. She is in need of clothes for herself, even though she is about at the end of her pregnancy. She is needing some size medium maternity clothes. I am sure she will use these postpartum as well. Gently used, donated clothes work--does not have to be brand new. I will provide her address to send/deliver to her directly. Thank you so much!

This family is currently experiencing a very difficult time. One of the children accidentally shot himself and remains in critical condition at the hospital. The older siblings were placed with the maternal aunt due to concerns related to lack of supervision, as all of the children were at home when the incident occurred.

At this time, one child qualifies for daycare, but the other two older siblings are at home full-time with the aunt. The caregiver is requesting assistance in enrolling the children in BMCC Summer Camp to provide them with structure, positive engagement, and emotional relief following the traumatic event. This would also offer the caregiver some relief and support as she adjusts to caring for all of the children.

The family does not have the financial resources to cover the weekly camp fees. They are requesting support to help the children attend BMCC Summer Camp as a short-term intervention to promote healing and stability during this crisis.

The camp is open until 08/2025

I would be truly grateful if you could keep this child and his family in your thoughts and prayers during this heartbreaking time.

A father has recently moved his 18-year-old daughter with him from out of state when she gave birth to his grandson. The father and his daughter were able to acquire a mattress for her; however, they need assistance in getting a frame for the bed.

Single mother of 5 is in emergent need of one night hotel stay, DCS is assisting the family with hotel lodging extension but it is the end of the day with limited access to fiscal. The family will be able to stay in a hotel with more accommodations that is more like a small apartment which will make it feel more like home while they are seeking housing. Any help is appreciated.

The family is needing 3 beds for children placed in a immediate protection agreement. The ages of the children are 7 years old, 4 years old, and 2 years old.

On 06/27/25 a home visit was completed on the family. The family resides in the home with their maternal grandmother who asked for assistance with finding a bunk bed for her two grandchildren (one girl, one boy). The children have a full size bed their currently sleeping on but feels separate beds are more appropriate for the children to sleep on as she feel the full size bed is too big for their sizes.

A grandmother who has custody of her granddaughter needs assistance in paying some of her rent. She was in and out of surgeries/ the hospital all June and wasn't able to work as she usually does. Her total amount in rent is $775; however, she only needs assistance for $300. Anything will help the family. Payments can be made by check.

We just got a new case and the mother just gave birth to her 6th child. Family moved to TN 2 years ago and is currently homeless. Family does not have any resources/ food/ or clothing. Family does not have any supplies (bottles/ pacifiers/ diapers/ wipes for the new born baby. The family was staying between their car and a hotel. Any assistance for the family will be greatly appreciated.
