Domestic violence relationship between the mother and father. Father has left the home due to a no contact order and the mother is struggling to make ends meet on one income. Mother receives food stamps but reports they have not lasted for this month and the family is low on food. Requesting a gift card for mother to catch up on groceries for Walmart or Food City or a food box delivery.

A single mother needs to have trash hauled off from her home. The mother has trash bags and boxes to dispose of. Due to the passing of her late husband, she has fallen into a state of depression. The mother was willing to receive help from the department. The mother is raising four children on her own, with only the help of her mother. The mother needs assistance getting these to the dump due to her not having a big enough vehicle to take these items.

Family recently got their own apartment and were not able to bring a lot of items with them from the last home. The children do not currently have beds to sleep on in their new apartment nor anywhere to store their clothes, causing environmental issues. Family is in need of two bunk beds for the children, a toddler bed, pedding for the beds, pillows for the beds, and a large dresser for all of their clothing.

A single mother is in need of a bed for her 14 year old son. The son is currently sleeping on the couch and is in need of a bed as he has outgrown the couch. This 14 year old is in 2x clothing and cannot fit on a twin sized bed. He is in need of at least a full sized bed if at all possible. The family is working with services and this need being met would improve the well being of this youth.

A mother and father are working with DCS to reunify with their two children (ages 14 and 10). The parents have made significant progress on repairs at their home and are in need of a vacuum and other cleaning supplies so they can finish getting the home ready for the children to be able to return home. The family could use mop solution, all purpose cleaner, disinfectant, paper towels, toilet paper, sponges, etc. This need would help assist reunify this family and keep the children from entering foster care.

A mother and her 4 children recently moved out after separating from the father due to his physical abuse of the children. Mother has been able to obtain 3 beds and some living room furniture, but is still in need of 1 twin bed with a mattress and bedding for one of the children.

Family just moved to this area dad is currently in a mental health facility and mom is at home with the two children. Mom does not work and has yet to received assistance from the state as all is currently pending. They have one AC unit for the home when we visited the home was very hot, weather is currently in a heatwave and the heat in the home could reach unbearable levels. Fans and or AC unit is really necessary at this time for this family to stay healthy.

The department has been assisting family with pest control treatments. Home of 3 children need assistance with 3 twin mattresses and plastic covers for mattresses.

The department received the referral due to allegation of environmental there are 5 children in the home, and the children are sleeping on a dirty mattress in the floor. If any way to get set of bunk beds and two twin beds for the family will need frames and mattresses. The family could also use some living room furniture can be used, theirs is falling apart.

There is a family who is dealing with poverty and needing help with getting a toddler bed. The family is unable to afford one due to attempting to move to a safer location for the children.

Family lives in a smaller home and their heating and cooling is not functional at this time. Air conditioner is needed to cool the home. Mother and Father live there with their 1-year-old daughter.

The family is low income and struggles financially, and can't afford anything extra. The children in the home are small, the 2-year-old got out of the home and law was contacted, DCS provided alarms for the doors. At the visit today CM was informed they figure out how to get the window open and was throwing out toys. CM was shown the letter from office. The family needs alarms or locks for the windows.
