I am working with a biological mother of five children. Mom is compliant with services and recognizes she needs help achieving sobriety. Mom has agreed to go to medical detox followed by inpatient care. Mom has identified past due rent as a barrier that would postpone or potentially prevent her from going to detox and inpatient care. Mom's monthly rent is just below $200 a month and she is behind by three months. Mom is currently looking for employment in order to pay the past due balance but could prioritize her sobriety and postpone job seeking if there was no past due balance.

I have a 9 year old foster child that needs some additional summer clothes. Foster Mother is a single parent and has been able to get some items, but it has been difficult to keep up due to a recent growth spurt. Foster Mother is doing the best she can and would greatly appreciate any assistance. Please see items with estimated sizes below (size varies and it is better if she can try on the items). Thank you

We have a father of two children ages 2 and 4 years old. The father needs to participate in a parenting class as part of his treatment plan. Attending this class will help the father gain valuable information and skills to safely parent his children. By completing this parenting class, the father will be one huge step closer to reunifying with both children.

We have a mother who has six children who is in need of new/used washing machine, and two twin beds. The NM is not working at this time and has ran out of options. The NM is in the process of making serious changes in her life and would like assistance.

After a long wait, living in cramped quarters with extended family, a single mother of a 2-year-old boy, 3-year-old girl, and a baby boy on the way, just got approved for a new apartment. She's currently in between jobs and would appreciate help with the deposit and first month's rent to expedite her move.

Biological father with children recently placed in DHS custody is in need of monetary assistance to pay initial fee for government issued cell phone and to obtain a drivers license. A phone of his own would help him communicate with his children, caseworkers, and attorney as he navigates his way through the court system to complete services for reunification with his children. A drivers license will propel his ability to properly identify himself for needed services and work toward getting him back to driving.

I am working with a mother who's needing transportation to her services and family times. She's working on getting her car fixed as it's currently unable to move. Until she is able to get her car running, she will be relying on the bus. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Safety Plan Monitor in need of a couch. She is currently caring for child full time and had to take off from work wot be home more. She is in need of a 2-3 seater couch for her apartment. She is the aunt to the child she is caring for and is looking to make her home more comfortable for the child. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you so much in advance!

I have a two parents that need bus passes to help them get to services. They are committed to getting their kids back. They have a 2 year old and a 4 year old who are in foster care. The mom needs to get an ID also.

A family of 3 is in need of diapers. The family is staying with some family members while the mother of two young children work services to become safe and have her children move back home with her full time. The family is in need of size 6 diapers and 4T-5T pull ups. They also need help with wipes. helping this family will take some of the burden off of them to help them put all their attention on their services.

Kinship placement took Emergency Placement of Grandkid and is needing help with rent for the month. Rent is $895.

Please help this family get a microwave oven. The child is 14 and will be home alone this summer while mom is working. He needs a way to heat up some quick meals to eat while she is gone. This family is trying to reunite and mom is working 2 jobs to care for the child. Her income does not allow her the luxury of purchasing items that are not absolutely necessary.
