An older youth I work with is graduating next Sunday. He doesn’t have many supports in his life and will be transitioning into an apartment program this summer. I’d love to be able to give him a graduation gift to help him during this next chapter. If possible, I’m hoping to collect a few gift cards to support him as he takes this important step forward.

I have a wonderful young man on my case load who is in need of a few items to make his transition to permanency go as smoothly as possible. Thank you for looking at our listing and considering!

The items needed are as follows: -a TV, any size and any type, as long as he is able to play his PS5 on the TV, he will be happy! -Sheets and a comforter. We have provided him with a full size mattress but are needing the sheets and comforter set still. -Towels. Said youth is needing towels, as he will not be taking the foster families towels with him when he moves out. -Rugs! Youth is open to any size, any shape, and any color rug!

I am working with a dedicated young father who is working hard to reunite with his two sons. He recently began a new job and is taking positive steps forward, but he's facing challenges covering the cost of fuel for the 6-hour round trip drive to visit them during Family Time. Despite the distance and financial strain, he remains committed to rebuilding his relationship with his children by making the drive each week. Providing any assistance with his travel expenses will help preserve his relationship with his children and significantly enhance his chances for a timely and successful child reunification

There is a kinship family in need of help with a past rent amount of $560 and need assistance. They have four children in the home. One of girls is in middle school and needs help with summer clothes. She is need of an adult small bra, adult medium tops & shorts, adult medium swimsuit and undergarment. The father works full-time.

Bio-parents are requesting help with getting a bus pass to continue to work to support themselves and to get back and forth to their family worker visits. The family is trying to continue to stay on track while training to be faithful on their family visitation. Please reach out to me if you are able to assist this family need.

Father is having to file for divorce to get his son out of a terrible dysfunctional relationship with his soon to be ex-wife. He is on disability and just moved into apartments in bourbon county so on a budget. He literally left house and everything behind to start fresh with his son. Son suffers with mental illnesses, and borderline personality. They are pretty resourceful and were able to get everything but dishes, microwave, and front furniture as in a recliner or couch or anything ...table stands etc.

Bio mom need help with transportation to get to and from appointments.

Hello! We are looking for a little help for a father that has successfully reunified with his children. This dad has really gone above and beyond to ensure his children were returned, and issues were corrected. There were some issues at reunification that actually resulted in the kids being returned about 3 weeks ahead of schedule. Dad needs a little help meeting the financial needs a little early. We are asking for a lawn mower any in working order will help! His yard is not large so a push mower is much appreciated. Shortly after the children were returned his clothes dryer bit the dust. We are asking for an electric clothes dryer in working condition if possible. Any help is appreciated!

This kinship family would like to send the two teenagers in the home to church camp this summer. This camp offers a week long camp near the family's home where the teenagers could go for some encouragement and fun. The children have been through a lot this year and have recently started to act out. The foster parents feel it would be beneficial for the teens to be around their peers in a Christian environment.

I have a dad whose children have recently come into custody. He is needing an out of state birth certificate. We are requesting the funds to order the birth certificate so that he can obtain ID which he does not currently have. Without id, he cannot get a job or access services.

Please help a recently single mother who has fled from an unsafe situation. The mother has four littles all under the age of 6. The mother has taken the steps to keep her children safe by filing for divorce and relocating. The mother was displaced, and she is now attempting to rebuild her life. The mother has found a safe place for her and her children, but she is unable to come up with utility deposit. The mother does not have much support, and we would like to help her come up with the money that is required for her new home. Thank you.

These 2 children, a 10 y/o and a 7 y/o, have been back in their home, with their dad, for the last 6 months. This family has had to overcome a lot to get to where they are now. However, the dad is behind on his utility bill and owes approximately $1200. City Utilities has given him until May 30th to pay the bill off. If utilities in the home were to be shut off, the children would have to be removed from their home again.

This dad has been paying $300-400 per month to keep the utilities on. He has been unable to work for over a year due to medical issues, and he is working on his disability case right now to try to get more income. I understand $1200 is a lot to ask for, but they will accept any amount of help they can get. This dad has done everything he can for his children, and he just needs some help to get back on his feet.
