Grandma is the dedicated kinship caregiver to her developmentally disabled 3-year-old grandson. The two recently moved to a new home that has train tracks behind it. Understandably, grandma has concerns over the child playing outside in their yard without a fence. Therefore, she is in need of help paying for a chain-link fence that will keep him safely in their yard. She has contacted several local companies for estimates and the lowest one she received was $700. Any help with this request would be greatly appreciated and make a huge difference for the family.
