Grandmother is not able to carry both boys and the one year old grandchild. Grandmother is on a fixed income and trying to care for her three great grandchildren while ensuring to meet all of their needs. We are reaching out on behalf of a young mother who is working hard to prepare for the arrival of her baby. At just 18 years old, she recently found out that she is six months pregnant and is facing this journey with strength and determination. However, she currently has nothing for her baby and is in urgent need of essential items to ensure a safe and healthy start for her little one. As she navigates this new chapter, we are hoping to gather support to help her with the basics. She is in need of a car seat and travel stroller, as well as newborn necessities like a diaper bag, bottles, blankets, and baby clothes (sizes 0-3 and 3-6 months for a baby boy). To help with baby care and breastfeeding, she also needs a baby nail kit, nipple cream, breast pads, a breast pump, baby hats, socks, and mittens. This young mother is doing everything she can to prepare, and any support would make a world of difference in helping her feel ready and supported during this time.
