Young mother was referred for family services and is having difficulty meeting the basic needs of her infant daughter. She has received services in the past, whereas now, she is compliant and just needs a little help. Please see the links below to assist in keeping this family together. Mom needs help with clothing, laundry detergent for the baby clothes, and a walker for the child so that mom can do house chores and cook.

The Department is working with a new mom who is currently unable to work and is in need of a few nursing night gowns and nursing bras.

Nursing night gown size L, nursing bra 38 C.  The family could also use a new queen size mattress.

Client is needing to replace the brakes on a 2008 Honda Pilot. The brakes are grinding really badly at this point and the client needs some financial help in order to cover the repairs so that she can safely continue to transport her child and herself.

This request is for a student whose family recently moved to Holland from another country. For gym class, the student is required to change into specific clothes for exercising (athletic wear). The family does not have extra clothes for the student at this point, and it would be a huge help to have some gym shorts and t-shirts for this student to use at school. The student wears size small for both shorts and t-shirts. It would be great to have 5 pairs of shorts and 5 t-shirts.

Maternal grandmother is on SS only and has a hard time being able to afford diapers. Her granddaughter is 2 and wears a size 6 in diapers and preferably Huggies brand. Mom is working hard in Woman in Recovery and is doing well. This donation would be immensely helpful.

A family in our church had a five year old girl placed with them yesterday. She arrived with very little and needs basic items. She will be moving schools and the family has asked that she have some new items to ease this transition, along with every day items.

Our foster family of 7 with a baby on the way is in need of a meal train the week their baby is born (due date is May 3rd). We're hoping to have 5+ people sign up to each bring a large meal (10 servings) the week the baby is born. This will make a tremendous difference for this family as they transition into life with a newborn.

A father has recently gotten housing and needs items for him and his son to be comfortable in their home. A few items are listed but the apartment needs all the basics for living. Financial assistance is also welcome to help purchase needed items.

A couple in our church community are expecting their first baby in a few weeks. The mom-to-be would greatly appreciate if someone could come to their home and put together a dresser while her husband is away at basic training. They are located in Cary.

There is a family within our church who is changing their housing situation. They need help with their water deposit to insure their housing situation.
