Maternal grandmother is on SS only and has a hard time being able to afford diapers. Her granddaughter is 2 and wears a size 6 in diapers and preferably Huggies brand. Mom is working hard in Woman in Recovery and is doing well. This donation would be immensely helpful.

The primary provider, his guardian aunt, who runs a veterinary clinic where some family members work, is currently undergoing cancer treatment and has been unable to manage the business. As a result, the family has struggled with consistent work and financial stability.

Aunt has custody of our student since his bio-mom struggles with substance use and is unable to care for him. He is a senior, has shown incredible resilience in the face of adversity, overcoming bullying, food and clothing insecurity, and transportation difficulties. Despite these challenges, he has remained dedicated to his education and will proudly graduate next month.

We would love to bless him with a new outfit for graduation as a well-deserved reward for his perseverance and hard work. While the request form lists children's clothing sizes, he is 17 years old and requires men's sizes. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Adolescent female has been in care all of her young life, most of which she spent transitioning in different placements. Fortunately, her case manager has been able to maintain a stable placement for the youth and enrolled her in an alternative school, where she is finally content. Youth has made great progress and has been attending school regularly. She has been consistent with staying in contact with her case manager and respectful to the rules established at her current placement. Unfortunately, because of the many different placements and school transfers, she is behind in her schooling. Child is working tirelessly to catch up so that she will graduate this year, but is in need of an at-home laptop to complete required home assignments. Family is in need of 2 laptop computers. Mom needs one to help with getting employment and possible remote work, while dad needs on because he does school online. Family is currently living with paternal grandmother due to financial struggles. Dad is on disability and mom currently lost her job with Universal and is need of a laptop to fill out applications and possible remote work as stated earlier. The parents have three children. Paternal grandma only has a 2 bedroom and the family is working with Diversion to obtain housing soon because there is too many people in a tiny apartment. The laptops will provide the parents with a tool to get work and education towards work which will help family get a place and a more stable environment. Two laptops would be awesome, but 1 would be ok too. They are appreciative for any help.

The client is a 25-year-old woman of African American descent residing with her partner and four children. The client is in her 2 months postpartum period. The client is currently unemployed, and her three older children are in school. The client has been engaged in services seeking mental health support for post-partum depression and coping with past trauma. The client's twins are diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and are experiencing a delay in potty training. Care portal’s case management services will provide the client an opportunity to purchase clothing for her children that support their sensory and developmental needs. Support from Care portal will minimize the financial burden during this time. Client's needs as follows: clothing for her son size 4T-pants w/strings; clothing for ther daughter size 12 pants, 10-12 shirts; clothing for another daughter size 5t shirts; clothing for the mother size 15/16-pants and Large/XL-shirt size. *****NOTE: “This request is being submitted by Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County on behalf of the client. A family in our church had a five year old girl placed with them yesterday. She arrived with very little and needs basic items. She will be moving schools and the family has asked that she have some new items to ease this transition, along with every day items.

Our foster family of 7 with a baby on the way is in need of a meal train the week their baby is born (due date is May 3rd). We're hoping to have 5+ people sign up to each bring a large meal (10 servings) the week the baby is born. This will make a tremendous difference for this family as they transition into life with a newborn.

A father has recently gotten housing and needs items for him and his son to be comfortable in their home. A few items are listed but the apartment needs all the basics for living. Financial assistance is also welcome to help purchase needed items.

A couple in our church community are expecting their first baby in a few weeks. The mom-to-be would greatly appreciate if someone could come to their home and put together a dresser while her husband is away at basic training. They are located in Cary.

There is a family within our church who is changing their housing situation. They need help with their water deposit to insure their housing situation.
