• Pampers - currently in size newborn. Could also benefit from size 1 or 2 for future use.
• Pampers brand wipes

One of my young children from my case load, asked me for a vanity dresser and a sofa. She needs the vanity dresser for her room because she doesn't have one, and it would allow her to get ready and do her makeup. As for the sofa, she requested it because the ones in the living room are very worn out.

A 15 year old male, that I am working with, has moved through numerous placements during the past year and a half (within the foster care system). Many of his personal items have been displaced along the way. It is apparent that not only has he lost many of his personal items, he has also begun to lose hope. He will not be reunifying with his parents, is separated from his siblings, and is currently in a group home placement. Though he has made a few bad choices along the way, he is a nice young man. He has a goal of being back with a foster family some day. During a recent team meeting, that was focused on this youth, it was disclosed that he loved to play the piano and that he had an "ear for it." He was self taught and prior to to the start of his numerous placement changes, he would invest a great deal of time playing. The group agreed that this might help him maintain his placement and focus his attention and energy on something positive. It would also be a physical item that he knew was his. When this was discussed with the youth, he lit up! Much of his day, outside of school, is spent sitting, not doing much. I am reaching out requesting a Keyboard for this youth and a pair of headphones to go with it. Hoping for something of decent quality. I will be ensuring that no matter where this youth is placed, that his keyboard will travel with him. Please see note for additional information.

Single mom going through a difficult divorce and legal process for domestic violence while also undergoing cancer treatment has been working hard to support her 3 teenage children. She has been trying to work consistently at her full-time job, but is facing financial challenges due to the divorce, medical appointments and trauma for her and her children. In order to alleviate some of the stress in their lives, we'd love to come around her with prayer, rent assistance and gas which will ensure she can make it to work and make payments towards her rent which is one month behind due to her circumstances.

This is a formerly homeless family: a single mom with 5 children (3 in Alvord schools, one toddler, one baby). They have finally been able to find an affordable rental.  They are desperately in need of beds and have requested 3 twin bed frames/mattresses and also bedding (pillows, sheets, blankets). The 3 beds will be for two high school girls and one elementary-aged boy.

A fourteen-year-old boy was recently placed with his grandmother. The boy is in need of a full-size box spring and bed frame as the family already has a full-size mattress. The boy is also currently growing out of his clothes/shoes. His sizes are: men's medium in shirts, 32/32 in pants, and 9.5 in shoes. The grandmother is on a single income and is unable to purchase those items. The family is requesting help with any of the items listed above or a gift card to Walmart to purchase the items. Any help is appreciated, thank you!

JD knows of a woman who needs help with a hearing aid deductible. He tried to receive assistance through Passport but was denied through two different programs. Her deductible is $250. She lives in Pickerington and I have her name, address and phone number on hand.

A foster family recently welcomed a 3-week-old baby girl straight from the NICU into their home. She is a premie, and the family is in need of some premie-sized clothing to help care for her during this season. Their biggest need is zippered sleepers but any premie clothes would be helpful

Any donations of premie sleepers or clothing would be deeply appreciated as the family steps in to love and care for this little one!

A devoted grandmother, currently caring for her two young grandchildren (ages 7 and 6), recently had a mild stroke. She now needs to focus on getting better and has had to take time off from her hourly job. This has caused her income to drop, making it hard to cover important expenses. Any help during this tough time would really ease the financial pressure. It would help her pay for things like her mortgage,household bills, food, and grand children’s daycare. This would also give her peace of mind so she can take the time she needs to fully recover and strengthen her health.

A devoted mother of two daughters, ages 15 and 5, is currently facing the challenges of raising them on her own following the recent departure of their father. Due to financial strain, she and her daughters have had to move back in with her parents, where she now rents two bedrooms.

She had been excitedly planning a traditional quinceañera to celebrate her eldest daughter’s 15th birthday—a deeply meaningful event both culturally and personally. Unfortunately, unexpected financial hardships have put this special celebration at risk.

She is kindly seeking support to cover the essentials for the event. With your generosity, we can help lift this family’s spirits and make her daughter’s quinceañera a joyful and unforgettable milestone—just as she had hoped.
