A single mother and high school aged daughter lost their house in the fire. The high schooler had been braiding hair in her home with her supplies and a salon chair in order to make money to save for college.

Since the fire, she has had a hard time being able to braid hair from their long-term housing since she doesn't have the supplies, tools, or chair she needs in order to serve her clients.

The family is seeking financial aid in order for the daughter to rebuy all of the items she needs so she can take on clients and continue to save for college.

Multi-generational family in need of financial assistance to help pay for the storage of items that have been donated until they find a long term living situation.

The family has received furniture and other household items, but have not been able to stablize housing for the size of the family. There are the grandparents, a daughter, and 4 grandkids in one house.

A single mom with 2 kids lost their house in Altadena in January. The mom's parents also lost their house. Because the mom has been trying to find housing and do all the paperwork for not only herself and her parents (while needing a new card because hers burned in the fire), she had to take off a month of work.

With this, she is asking for financial assistance to help cover the bills for the time that she missed work. She is starting back to work, but is still behind on the housing they have been able to secure.

Family of five, three are children, lost their home in the Eaton Canyon Fire. They are still living in a hotel. They have needed to change hotels 4 times since the fires. The week after the fire, the mother had to be rushed to the hospital where they discovered a blood clot in her leg and lung.

With all of these challenges, the father has been trying to keep them afloat from his job, but it is all costing them more out of pocket than they anticipate, especially with the additional hospital stay.

They are requesting financial assistance to help them be able to buy groceries and other essential needs while they are still in the hotel.

This request is for a $50 visa gift card for a family living at a homeless shelter for help with transportation. The mother and child use an out of county bus to get around so the county bus pass does not work. This gift card will help the mother take the child to therapy and get to appointments out of the county. Any help for this family is greatly appreciated.

Due to illness, the child's mother was unable to work and fell behind on her rent. She needs $400 to complete her rent for this month.

Recently, this mother made the courageous decision to leave a long-term, mentally abusive marriage to seek a better environment and home for her 11-year-old son and herself. She has also started taking college classes to get her degree to provide future support. She is participating in Pathway's DivorceCare where she is building supportive relationships as she starts this new journey with her son. She is moving into her own apartment and is needing some essential items. Their favorite color is any color of blue. Her son is also a fan of the Kansas City Chiefs. Her bedroom set is the queen size and his is the full size.

A family in our church had a five year old girl placed with them yesterday. She arrived with very little and needs basic items. She will be moving schools and the family has asked that she have some new items to ease this transition, along with every day items.

Our foster family of 7 with a baby on the way is in need of a meal train the week their baby is born (due date is May 3rd). We're hoping to have 5+ people sign up to each bring a large meal (10 servings) the week the baby is born. This will make a tremendous difference for this family as they transition into life with a newborn.
