The child came into dependency in 2016 and had recently been placed with the caregiver. The caregiver and child live with an elderly woman who the caregiver is also the caretaker of. The goal of the case is to close with parental guardianship as long as the placement continues to stay stable. The child is currently sleeping in her own bed that is on the floor and is requesting a bed frame.

When the request is met, the family will be able to continue providing stable housing for the child and the children will have appropriate bedding.

THIS IS A GUTHRIE PUBLIC SCHOOLS REQUEST Single mother of three children who has fallen on hard time and must leave her current living conditions due to unforeseen circumstances. She is needing assistance with moving into her new place. She is needing assistance with her deposit of $200.

This request is being made in order to keep two boys with their biological Uncle as placement. Uncle is needing money for gas in order to travel back and forth to complete the licensure process in order to continue being placement for his nephews.

CCS CUA 4 is requesting assistance for a family of 5. MO is fleeing from domestic violence and is starting all over. To help prevent mother's children coming into care, she needs assistance with:

-repairs, if possible

• 1 full size bed with mattress and bedding
• she can use 4 dressers to organize her children's clothing (our agency is assisting with laundry and hygiene products)
• she can use on going laundry detergants
• dinning table so they can eat as a family
• they do not have a couch, not necessary but if possible
• gift cards for food or can goods

Mother is also pregnant and due in October, a future request will be made to assist newborn.

Mother has no supports in Philadelphia and she is not employed. At this point, anything can help this family. Mother home is not set up; she uses plastic and microwaves food. The home repairs are for doors that her oldest teenager broke. Further information and how to assist this family can be discussed with CMD, Jennifer B.

This request is from the family support specialist at the Middletown Early Learning Center. The family has a child in the preschool program and attends for half day sessions. The family phone and internet bills have been shut off, and they're in need $153 to turn on their cell phone service again and $205 for their internet service. School meetings are often held via Zoom and/or phone so both services are important for the family to maintain communication with the school. 

One of our counselors has been working with a youth (16-year-old female) for several months to encourage school attendance. The youth has now been attending school regularly and catching up on missing assignments. The youth states she will be starting a new job during the summer and is excited to begin saving money. The youth will have to walk 50 minutes in order to get to and from work. Therefore, she would benefit from having a bicycle which would improve the youth's motivation and safety during the summer.

One of our foster families is in need of help catching up on yard work. They're requesting help with weeds, gutters, and pressure washing. If you'd love to help with all or some of this, it would be a huge blessing!

Mother expecting 2nd child on 5/23. This child’s father is not involved, although has support from 1st child FOB. Both unemployed and without finances to put towards listed items. This mother was recently enrolled in our program for her 2nd child, although we did have her 5 years ago when her 1st child was born. Since our initial enrollment, this mother has shown much growth in her recovery and mental health. We have provided other resources in the community, although family has not been successful in obtaining these items. Any assistance available would be beneficial to this family- thank you!
