Mother needs help obtaining a stroller for her two-month-old infant. Family does not have a vehicle, and they walk everywhere. It will help for transportation of child while walking to appointments and store.

A family in the process of being reunited, and support is needed to help ensure a safe transition. Two young children are returning to live with their biological father, who is working hard to create a welcoming and safe home for them. At this time, he does not have the necessary car seats to safely transport the children, and he also needs two safety gates to help protect them in the home. These items are vital for the children's safety and well-being as they settle into this new chapter with their father.

The family currently has an open case for neglect and struggling keep up with payments and needs assistance with getting the children new clothes. Mom is living paycheck to paycheck and really needs assistance with clothes for her 7 children.

15- & 11-year-old boys had to change foster care homes recently. The boys are really missing their bicycles, and the prior home has not cooperated to give them their bikes. The boys would really like to get out and enjoy the nice weather and get some exercise. They are really hoping for someone to help and provide a bike. For the riding that they do, they need a 24-inch and a 28-inch mountain bike. The bikes do not need to be new; they would be thankful for used ones. The boys are in Kansas City, KS. The Aunt that they are now staying with and the boys would be so very appreciative. Thank you so much for considering helping these boys enjoy their summer.

Single, pregnant mother of a one year old girl in need of diapers, size 5 and female newborn, wipes and groceries. Family is facing eviction due to mother's high risk pregnancy and inability to work causing 3200 in overdue rent. Mother is paying as she can and if assistance is received, mother can pay more towards rent instead of groceries, diapers, etc. Mother plans to return to work once she has given birth.

We are supporting a single mother who has recently reunited with her children with weekly meals and a prayer team. She has requested assistance with her utility bill to get caught up. If you are able to help strengthen this bio family with financial contributions, we will contact you to log on to the City of Monroe website to pay the bill directly.

As you may be aware, Dave Petke is in the hospital with a UTI and blood pressure problems. Sharon is not able to be at the hospital all the time, it wears her out and her health is not good enough for her to be there with him all the time. She’s tried just calling to check in, this morning she sat on hold for 45 minutes and had to call back three times before she finally got someone to answer. Someone is needed this week to sit with Dave each day between the hours of 8am-12pm to give Sharon time to get ready and get over there each day to be with him. Please do not share this need beyond our church family. You will be contacted with specifics of where to go when you select your day. Thank you!

I am working with a awesome, hard working Single mom that does amazing work helping others in the community is now facing some hardships. She and her family attended, participated wholeheartedly and graduated from our 14-week Strengthening Family Program and has been an outspoken advocate for family wellness. She was recently put in a very hard situation and received news that her landlord is selling her home expectantly, and she was put in a time crunch and after searching and searching for a new place she found one and has to come up with a deposit of $1000 to hold the unit. After talking with the new homeowner, he stated she could allow her to pay $500 by Monday 6/9/25 and the other $500 by Friday 6/13/25. If you can help, please be a blessing to this mom, please, she has helped so many families in her line of work, and she has just paid her rent where she is currently living and does not have the money for her deposit. If you could please help her so she and her children are not put out on the street, and can move into their new home. Anything you can donate would be a great help. Thank you!

One of our newly arrived families has moved into apartments that have no air conditioning and the family has no fans. We all know how hot it gets and the adults and the children can get overheated. If anyone can provide a free standing or window air conditioner or a couple fans, that would be wonderful. Thank you

I am reaching out on behalf of one of our Children’s Church students who is currently in foster care. Her mother has recently secured employment and is in the process of transitioning to a new home. While this is a positive step forward for their family, it has also placed a significant financial strain on them. Due to these circumstances, the family is unable to afford the registration fee for summer camp. However, we strongly believe that this child would greatly benefit from the experience—emotionally, socially, and spiritually. Camp would provide her with a safe, uplifting environment and a chance to grow in confidence and faith during a time of major life change.
