The brothers have been in foster care since 2021. Their mother passed away and their father had TPR and was not involved in their lives. The brothers have had several failed kinship placements and a Family member has finally stepped up to be a permanent option for them. The family member requires assistance with bedding for the boys so they can move in with her. A $100 giftcard to walmart would help the aunt buy sheets, pillows and a comforter for the twin bunk bed.

Dad is facing financial difficulties and is looking for extra support. He is asking for a gift card to provide essentials like a bed and food for the 16-year-old he is taking back into his care. This will allow the youth to have the essentials to be able to be comfortable in the home. He stated that he would prefer a Walmart Gift card as there is one located near his home. Dad is working on opening his autobody shop soon, aiming to get his feet on the ground and achieve financial security.

Mother and Grandmother are working their treatment plan to reunify with Mother's 5 yr old. DHS concerns are that everything is stored on the floor. The family has been struggling to obtain housing and has been staying in various shelters and motels. They have an 11-month-old child and another baby on the way. The family is requesting support with a stroller that can convert to accommodate both children, as well as a high chair. Having these items would help them care for their children more independently.

A family of two - a single mom and her 11 year old son - are in great need at this time. The mom is unhoused and doing everything she can to get by. She is very resourceful and accesses the public library and various community resources for assistance. She is in need of personal supplies such as hygiene products, non-perishable food items, clothing, and items for her son. She would greatly benefit from a gift card to Walmart to be able to get these supplies. She is working hard to become employed, gain stability, and be able to care for herself and her son, and this gift card would make a huge difference for this family! 2. For mom: Medium clothes, 8 in women's for shoes; for kiddo: 8-10 and a 6 in boys' shoes. They've been homeless for a long time and many of the belongings that she and kiddo once had were stolen, lost, or damaged, so it would be really meaningful for him to have something from mom that he can keep and have with him. He ha very recently been removed from mom and placed in a foster home.

A family I am currently involved with needs an additional bed for an 9 year old boy so he can have his own bed .Mom is completing nursing school and is needing help for a bed for her older son who is 9 so he can have his own bed. The mom is unable to work while completing school and needs assistance in obtaining a twin size bed and mattress for him. The family is open to used bed frames. A family of four is requesting support with two car seats to ensure their children can be transported safely to school and around the city. The children are 5 and 2 years old. This family’s initial contact was for rental assistance due to financial hardship. They were struggling to make ends meet and were experiencing a domestic violence situation, with no household income at the time. An application for rental assistance was submitted; however, due to the 45–60-day period and the risk of eviction, the family chose not to wait . Instead, they decided to rent out a room and are now able to cover the rent difference, but unable to get cover the additional cost of two car seats for their 5-year-old and 1 ½ year children. I have three kiddos who just received new bikes. They are eager to bike around this summer with friends in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, they do not have helmets! Looking for three helmets. One for a 14YO G, preferably black or silver, one for a 9YO B, preferably blue or green or cool design, one for a 6YO G, preferably pink and purple and "all the colors". Anything would help this need!!

Father and his partner are taking care of his high-needs son fulltime. The nine-year-old has autism and a 2nd tier learning disability, ADHD, and had craniosynostosis as a baby, which required surgery at eight months old. His school reports that he has excelled since transferring at the start of the last school year (his previous school had informed them that he was non-verbal, which turned out to not be the case). It was reported that he loves being at school, and he has made a lot of progress academically. It was also reported that he often comes to school in the same or unwashed clothes. His father is trying to make that easier for his child to improve his experience at school, but it is difficult without a washer and dryer hooked up in their apartment. Father does not drive and is currently between jobs, so getting laundry completed can be a struggle. Father has stated that he does not need new appliances.

A single mother and her two children recently moved into their first apartment alone. Her children are 9 and 2. The nine-year-old has significant mental health needs and has a seizure disorder. His sister is in need of a bed frame and only has a mattress currently. The mother is requesting a dining table for their kitchen, a toddler size bed frame, two dressers for the children's clothes, and any seating options. There are significant financial barriers due to unemployment and the family does not have transportation.

This family has recently secured housing and has been working SO hard to make ends meet. They have made an agreement with their landlord to pay off their security deposit over the span of 6 months so that they can pay rent and afford groceries each month. With this agreement, they are able to pay rent, afford groceries, and work towards paying off their security deposit. However, yesterday, their car broke down. Their car key broke off in their ignition, and they have been quoted $3000 for the fix; insurance will not cover this. They rely on their car to get all four of the kids to school (which is one of their only reliable support systems), both parents rely on their car to get to work, and they use the car to get to local foodbanks in order to provide groceries for their family. After working so hard, this repair is putting their hard-earned stability at risk. ANY financial donation towards this car repair would change this family's life as they work towards true stability.
