The family of 9 recently experienced a severe bed bug infestation. The mother and her sister, who reside together, reported that they were forced to dispose of all mattresses in an effort to eliminate the infestation. At this time, the family is uncertain how the bed bugs were introduced into the home. The mother is living with a disability and is currently unable to work, which has created financial challenges in purchasing a new mattress. Currently, the children are sleeping on air mattresses. The family is requesting assistance in obtaining six (6) twin-size mattresses to replace those that were discarded. The bed frames are made of metal and have been thoroughly cleaned and treated multiple times to ensure the infestation has been resolved. Thank You

A single mother with a 2 year old struggling to find enough resources to buy all the things mom needs. This single mother needs a dresser for her son and a side table. Mom left a DV relationship and now living on her own getting support through DV resources. Mom does not have enough funds to get the things she needs. Mom is starting over with her 2 year old and needs support and resources to get everything together.

I'm currently working with a single mom and her three-year-old son who just got a new apartment and are moving out of a shelter. The mom had her belongings held in storage, but the storage unit leaked causing them to lose everything. The child's father is incarcerated and unable to help provide. I believe this mother and her son would greatly benefit from community aid in hopes to replace some of what was lost. The mother is requesting clothes for her son sized 4T as well as a twin- and full-size mattress. The mother would also like a kitchen table and chairs. The family consists of a mother and her three children age 10, 5, and 1, she is also 7 months pregnant. The father of the children does not live in the home and has severe mental health issues therefore his support is limited. The mother cannot afford childcare and is a stay-at-home mom. She also was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder. The one child is obese and recently broke the bunk bed frame. The family is in need of a bunk bed set, 2 sets of twin sheets, twin comforters/blankets, a toddler bed with sheets/blankets, med/large men's clothing, 5/6 in girls' clothing, 2t/3t boys clothing, and a couch.

A 15 year old boy is in need of a dresser. They are moving to a new home and need space for his clothing as his old dresser broke.

The resource obtained guardianship of three children after their adoptive mother passed away. The resource is struggling financially with the unexpected expenses associated with caring for three children. A request to change the childrens' adoption subsidy to the resource has been submitted but that takes time. The resource is requesting life jackets for the children can safely swim this summer. They need the following sizes: Life Jackets - 2 youth medium, 1 adult medium

This family consists of a single mom and her 4 year daughter. The mother has a steady job, but is in need of assistance as she is going through an intense DV situation. The mother is wanting to relocate herself and her child to a relative in Texas where she will receive familial support. The mother is wanting to take her vehicle and some important belongings with her for the move. The mother is needing assistance with gas for the 27 hour drive and with purchasing a trailer to connect to her truck.

I have a single mother and primary caretaker of three children. The mother lacks financial assistance and cannot afford the furniture she and her children need. One of her child's mattresses is currently broken with sharp metal pieces sticking out of it. The family is requesting help with 2 twin mattresses/box springs, 2 twin bed frames, 1 king bed frame, and a futon/day bed.

Mother has two children, a 1 year old and a 9 year old. Following an incident requiring CPS intervention the 1 year old went to stay with a relative. Mother has worked very hard doing what she needs to do and her 1 year old has been returned to her care. Mother is also in CNA school looking to provide a better life for her family. A toddler bed with mattress would help the family as the 1 year old transitions out of the pack n play. Family income is limited right now until the mother is able to complete her CNA program and find employment.

This family in need consists of a single mother raising her own 3 young children. The mother took responsibility and is caring for a 17-year old family friend. Mom works low paying jobs to pay and make ends meet. The 17-year-old would have ended up in foster care if it wasn't for this mother. The family is requesting a full-size box spring, mattress, and bed frame, XXL shirts, sweatpants, and shorts (male).

This family in need has a 17-year-old male who is currently in foster care. The child lives with the father and younger sibling in a very small apartment. The child would like to start weekend visits with the family but does not have a bed. Due to limited space, the family could use a twin over twin bunk beds. A bed for the child would be an important step in re-unity. Thank you for your help!

The child would really like to go on a home visit to see dad; however, having no bed to sleep on is holding that up. Is it possible to temporarily provide an air mattress until an actual bed (mattress, frame and/ or box spring) can be provided?

This family in need consists of a mother and 3 children. The mother has had a very difficult childhood leading her to a life of drugs and alcohol abuse. The 3 children were removed and place in foster care. Mom has begun treatment, attends all appointments, and secured employment. Mom would love to have her children returned but has nothing. Anything you can provide, she would greatly appreciate. The family is requesting a couch, bedframe, mattress, bedding, dresser, kitchen table and chairs, laundry basket, cleaning supplies.
