There is a family that just moved here including a mother, her three children, mom's sister (aunt to the children), and mom's mother (grandmother to the children). The mother and aunt are both working, however, with the situation they left from, they were not able to take any of their belongings. The home they are staying in has absolutely no furniture. The adults in the home speak Swahili, so there is a bit of a language barrier. There is one hard mat on the living room floor where they sit and sleep. This request is to get some beds in the home along with furnishings for the beds, and at very least a table and chairs for the family to have a place to sit.

A mother, in a single parent home, needs assistance paying her water bill. She reached out to Churches in her area with no success. Payment of the bill would support her housing and the long term reunification of her son.

Mom fled from an abusive relationship. In fear of their lives, she left her home in New Jersey and moved to Georgia. When her family and friends made her abuser aware of her whereabouts, she decided to take her son and go into the shelter system. After 1 year of being homeless and not having any support, mom has saved enough money to finally move into her own home with her child. She left all of her belongings behind and depleted her savings. She has continuously worked hard finding odd jobs. She works hard to keep her son healthy and active. They are vegans and she aspires to become a chef one day. A family is in need of help!

A single mother cares for her two children, ages 2 and 5. She recently started working and is trying to move the family to a new home. They are in need storage bins to put items in order to transport them to their new home. They are requesting 5-6 storage bins in the 25-30 gallon size.

I have a Kinship family that has had placement of a sibling set of 3 for over a year now. The family size is 3 adults and 5-7 children (2 visit on weekends and holidays). The family has been residing in a 4 bedroom home but due to new ownership, the family is being forced to leave effective 05/01/25. The family has been searching for months for new housing but has been unable to secure a place at this time. The family is approved for Sect 8 housing and is ideally seeking a 4 bedroom home but is considering a 3 bedroom at this time. The family would ideally prefer to stay in the Payne or Noble county area. We are actively seeking help locating housing for this family to prevent the 3 children from having to be moved and potentially separated.

Recently, this mother made the courageous decision to leave a long-term, mentally abusive marriage to seek a better environment and home for her 11-year-old son and herself. She has also started taking college classes to get her degree to provide future support. She is participating in Pathway's DivorceCare where she is building supportive relationships as she starts this new journey with her son. She is moving into her own apartment and is needing some essential items. Their favorite color is any color of blue. Her son is also a fan of the Kansas City Chiefs. Her bedroom set is the queen size and his is the full size.

A family in our church had a five year old girl placed with them yesterday. She arrived with very little and needs basic items. She will be moving schools and the family has asked that she have some new items to ease this transition, along with every day items.

Our foster family of 7 with a baby on the way is in need of a meal train the week their baby is born (due date is May 3rd). We're hoping to have 5+ people sign up to each bring a large meal (10 servings) the week the baby is born. This will make a tremendous difference for this family as they transition into life with a newborn.

A father has recently gotten housing and needs items for him and his son to be comfortable in their home. A few items are listed but the apartment needs all the basics for living. Financial assistance is also welcome to help purchase needed items.

A couple in our church community are expecting their first baby in a few weeks. The mom-to-be would greatly appreciate if someone could come to their home and put together a dresser while her husband is away at basic training. They are located in Cary.
