mom of six kids is needing help with some cleaning supplies for her home. Mom is needing a vacuum, fabuloso, clorox, and mr.clean. Mom is trying to keep the home clean for the kids to be safe and healthy but doesn't have the supplies to do so.

I'm reaching out on behalf of a dedicated foster parent who is opening their heart and home to children in need. They currently caring for one foster child and are hoping to welcome more but space is a challenge.

To help make room for more children, they are working to build an additional room onto their home. However, they are in need of building materials, especially wood/lumber. If you or someone you know has access to construction materials, surplus wood, or can offer donations, discounts, or volunteer labor, it would make an incredible difference in the lives of children who need a safe, loving place to stay.

I am not sure the exact amount that is needed or the price, so I just estimated the cost to my best ability.

The three children in need are currently placed with their maternal grandparents. The children are 4, 2, and 1. The grandparents have been a great support for these children and advocate for all of their needs. The grandparents also have their own 12-year-old child in the home.

The children are in need of diapers/pull-ups and wipes. The caregivers do not like to ask for help, but would benefit greatly from assistance. The 4-year-old needs Size 5 Pull-ups (cannot be Huggies brand). The 2-year-old needs Size 5 Pull-ups (cannot be Huggies brand). The 1-year-old needs Size 4 Diapers (Pampers brand). The caregivers do not have a preference on the baby wipe brand.

This grandmother is in dire need of assistance with her water bill. Her water has been shut off since 04/16/2025. She takes care of her one- and two-year-old granddaughters. Her social security disability income is not sufficient to provide for them. She is asking for onetime assistance with her water bill. As always, thank you in advance and God bless!

A foster home is accepting a pre-teen foster child for long term placement and most likely adoption. Their home is small and the child will be sharing a bedroom with her new foster sister. The family is looking for a tall slender dresser for the child to have for her own & it needs to fit in the bedroom.

Individual has had numerous on going medical issues and concerns coming up on 2 years now. he has been unable to work and with financial struggles with making rent, utilities, etc. He has been denied for county and state assistance due crazy reason for example the value of his assets which he only owns 1 car which is non drivable at the moment . We are asking for assistance in ensuring this gentleman is able to get to his appointments and paying his rent and utilities. We are requesting help with rent of $300 Car repairs of $300 Basic essentials $100 The simplest little bit would be crucial in assisting this young man

This request is for a Summit family in need of some assistance. A single mom with 5 kids is moving into a new home. The purchase of the home along with expensive closing costs have made furnishing the home extremely difficult. In addition to the needs list, they could use bedding for each bed. Also, regarding the kitchen table, a rectangle table with 6 chairs would work best for this family. The will be ready to receive these items on or after May 10th. Thank you in advance for your help!

This request is for a family with 3 children, one of the children is an adoptive placement. This family needs 6 dining chairs. Several of the families dining chairs have broken or are not safe for use. If you have used dining chairs you would like to donate or would like to purchase new ones, I know this family would greatly appreciate it.

Mom is being reunited with her sons after a domestic violence situation and has a new home. Working on gathering things to make it feel more like a home and help them get back on their feet. Starting with the beds. I have a full size bed for mom, and one twin mattress, but looking to complete the twin size beds for each of the two boys. Mom has asked for pillows and I would love to find them bedding as well. Boys are into Pokemon and Sonic the Hedgehog but anything blue would work. This family is working with Clay County Children's Services but has moved to Leavenworth area. Our Regional field manager reached out to me directly as there isn't really support in LV CarePortal wise right now. I have updated the amounts if we were to purchase items for the family. We have a couple from our church needing our help with rent assistance. A while ago, the husband lost his job, which made them rely solely on the wife's income. Since then, the husband found new employment and they are starting to get back on track. Although both are working, the couple is struggling to catch up on rent. As a church family, it's important for us to support and love on this family in any way we can. Please keep this family in your prayers. Anything helps!
