A mother and father and their two children 5 months and 8 years old, have recently lost their home and had to move. They have found a new place to live and are trying to settle in as much as possible. The mother has recently had a baby and is limited on supplies. She was never able to have a baby shower. The new place is very limited with space. But the mother is eager for finding items for the baby and her son.

This family in need consists of a single mom who has been working very hard to get her children back in her care. Mom has also been maintaining her sobriety; she has been sober for almost a year now and is on the track to graduate from all of her programs. Mom has four children, 3 girls (10, 2, 11 months) and 1 boy (4). Since mom has been on this positive track, she is moving closer to the children being returned to her. Every Saturday she spends time with all 4 children, and she has her 11-month-old with her all the time. Mom is requesting a twin stroller, bottles, and wipes. The twin stroller would be beneficial for mom when she is taking the children somewhere.

This family in need has a 17-year-old male who is currently in foster care. The child lives with the father and younger sibling in a very small apartment. The child would like to start weekend visits with the family but does not have a bed. Due to limited space, the family could use a twin over twin bunk beds. A bed for the child would be an important step in re-unity. Thank you for your help!

The child would really like to go on a home visit to see dad; however, having no bed to sleep on is holding that up. Is it possible to temporarily provide an air mattress until an actual bed (mattress, frame and/ or box spring) can be provided?

We have a family in need. The parents have mental health, developmental and physical limitations. They are actively engaged with the supportive services in place by the department; however, they have financial constraints that prevent and are barriers for them to adequately care for their children. They have a daughter who is in foster care and 4 sons in the home that are at risk of being place in foster care. The family is requesting: a vacuum cleaner to help with cleaning/sanitization of the home, pots/pans, storage containers, bed sheets for twin bunk beds (boy), cleaning supplies like soap and bleach for cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen and bathrooms.

This family in need consists of a single mother caring for 2 children with significant behavioral concerns. Mom just started working and just moved into her new apartment. She is requesting 2 twin size mattresses and 2 bed frames.

This family in need consists of a mother, her two biological children (2 years old and 5 months old), and also her 15-year-old stepdaughter who is staying with her. There is significant history of domestic violence between the mother and father. The mother is in the process of obtaining a new apartment and needs items for the new apartment. She and the children have been living with the father and his family, as she did not have the resources to leave him. The children were removed and to assist in reunification of the family, the following items are being requested: Toddler bed with railing (for 2yo boy), storage shelves, cube/bin storage, couch, bedding (for 2yo boys toddler bed), safety kits w/ door knobs, cupboard & outlet covers, a high chair for 5 month old boy, baby wipes, baby diapers (size 3 and 5), a dining room table with 4 chairs, and a stroller (double stroller if possible).

This family consists of a 24-year-old single mother of two children, who has taken in her three younger siblings due to their mother's substance abuse. As they deal with this adjustment, they face bigger issues as the older sibling she took in has cancer. Between getting her sibling treatment and acquiring appropriate housing, she is unable to buy the correct furniture to fit her siblings in the space they have. As of right now, these children are sleeping on the floor with one of the children battling cancer. Appropriate bedding will give these children their own space to feel comforted and express themselves. This family would truly benefit from two bunk beds with four twin mattresses to go with them.

A family is in need of help. Two parents are in active recovery and working hard to put their lives back together. The father is now looking for steady work and performs odd jobs as he can find them. The family could use help obtaining items for their baby. The apartment has hard wood floors and, as the baby is now learning to stand, a carpet would help protect the infant from minor bumps and bruises during the learning process. Additional toys or items to help with infant development would also be welcome. If anyone can provide: an 8x10 carpet, baby jumper, walking toys, size four diapers and wipes, mesh pacifier, sippy cups, shoes for walking, and clothes 9-12 months: pants, onesies, shirts, summer clothes, and socks. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The 3 children are in a relative foster home and need a bunk bed. Currently the children are sleeping on a mattress on the floor. The foster parent has limited finances and needs help getting the bunk beds so the children can sleep more comfortably.

A mom was just reunited with her daughter (age 11), 1 of 6 children. When the daughter was recently reunited with her mother, she did not have clothing that fit her. Mom and daughter are currently homeless and have limited income. Mom has worked very hard to reunification! The daughter wears girls size 12/14 pants, junior size 15/16 in tops, small/medium sports bra, underwear preference is boy shorts in medium. The 11 year old prefers styles that are not girly. Mom's jean size is 16/18, top size is XL and bra size is 40C. Mom and daughter would like to shop at walmart, target, or maurices. Mom struggles with clothing fitting appropriately (especially pants) and is requesting a clothing gift card, if possible, to be able to try on the clothing first.

A family of 9 is in need of help!

Mom and dad recently welcomed a newborn baby boy into their home. Mom is currently not working in order to provide care for her newborn baby boy and other children. The father is on disability. The family is doing the best they can to make ends meet but would greatly benefit of some items for their newborn baby boy. The family would greatly benefit from baby blankets (stroller and receiving), baby bottles, a baby bouncer, baby wipes as well as size 1 and size 2 diapers. With so many to care for this family would greatly appreciate any help they receive. Thank you!

A family is in need of support. Grandma has taken over the care of her 4 grandchildren, aged, 11, 7, 6 and 4. In order to support their needs, grandma is requesting some basic clothing items for the children as well as basic hygiene items, and laundry soap.
